Red Shark Fish and Chicken — Restaurant in Augusta

I want to share my experience at this establishment, especially for fellow DoorDash drivers. Please be aware that this place may pose safety concerns, and anyone entering should be cautious. I found the behavior of the staff and owner to be unprofessional and disrespectful. During my visit to pick up a DoorDash order, upon entering the establishment, I was immediately struck by an overwhelming smell of marijuana, and the loud music created an atmosphere more akin to a nightclub than a restaurant. The cashiers were dressed in pajamas and slippers, which is unprofessional and raises concerns about hygiene. The cashier was extremely rude and aggressive. She made threatening comments towards me, including saying she would spit on me and calling someone to come and confront me. Despite my attempts to resolve the situation, the owner and other staff members did not intervene or address her behavior. The cashier expressed negative opinions about DoorDash drivers, implying that we are not valued. I felt unsafe and had to contact DoorDash support and the police for assistance. It is concerning that such behavior was allowed to continue without any action from the management. I hope that the owner takes this feedback seriously and works on creating a more respectful and safe environment for both customers and delivery drivers. This place is terrible and unprofessional and i don't even see how it is in business. Last week i called to order and was told in a rude manner that we are only taking walk ins (because im the only one here) i went there and their were others. Today i called to be told the same. So i drove to the store and the same young rude ghetto poorly mannered girl was working again. The music behind the counter was insanely loud and i don't even know how they could hear themselves think. It was really overbearing and obknoxious. Their were many people working but the girl behind the counter kept looking as she walked by but would never address me standing at the register. Finally after about 7 minutes she greeted me only to be rude in saying its gonna be 20 minutes before i can take your order.......She told me this from behind the computer. She could have atleast taken my order and i would have waited 20 minutes on the food. That would have been fine but she wouldn't even let me order . I'll never be back. They need to hire some young professionals that want to eventually move into careers. This place wont stay afloat for very long at this rate. These ghetto acting employees look like they don't even comb their hair or brush their teeth before they head to work and it shows. Please get rid of that horrible quality boost mobile bluetooth speaker too. It sounds like a tin can...

1st time visiting establishment. Young lady trying to take our order was very nice and answering our questions in-between young man that was cooking, coming from behind area where they cook to the area of her taking our order and cursing her to hurry up. He was using foul language towards her in front of a lobby of no less than 6 separate customers outside of my husband and I. I asked her was he the owner and she stated "NO, BUT HE'D STILL BE DISRESPECTFUL EVEN IF THE OWNER WAS HERE!" The entire time we was waiting on our order to be cooked, he was constantly screaming profanity at her in reference to how many customers were coming in, the size of the orders and the fact that he had some where else to be soon. I'm assuming he was supposed to be getting off soon and the more orders being taken was delaying that ability. Regardless, the atmosphere he was causing was terrible as he was saying compound curse words such as GD, MF, and called the young lady a Bth. It was the worse scene of disrespect I had ever witnessed from a single employee.....and even though the 3 other males in the back did not participate in his terrible act, they still laughed at him which added fuel to his ugly behavior!!!!
