Went in for lunch around 1-115 on 5/10, and not sure what was in the air , but everybody seems to not be working well with each other . There is usually a nicer , more communicative staff on Saturday afternoons , but TODAY, fell very short . First off , when walking in an establishment that serves, I would think common courtesy would be to greet the patrons . Didn’t get that . Then , when sitting down at the “bar” , the lady by the name of Money gave an attitude outta this world . I’ve never seen her before but Waffle House may want reconsider putting her in front line. Her attitude and demeanor is disgusting . And then addressing my waitress Aiana , in front of customers very nasty , about a ticket and saying “they paid your (Aiana) ticket but the tip is mine .” What ?? They paid her ticket but you get the tip ?? Doesn’t sound right to me . That made me wanna pay her shift earnings so she could go home. And then the younger YT girl with the camo visor with no name tags , which I’m sure that’s not in uniform compliance , her attitude is just as worse. Like I said , usually this location is pretty good , but today , they fell very short . The ones on this particular shift needs some manners training or how not to express your feelings or whatever in front of the customer training .
And let’s do better with the to go order placement . The same Money lady straight up said to the customer “what you want ? You wanna place an order ? Ok what you want? “ WHAT ? And then the kitchen area . A MESS . No house housekeeping whatsoever ever in here . The waffle burners was nasty , the grill area wasn’t cleaned...
Read moreThis was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. As soon as I walked in the door I should of turned around and left. The restaurant was so nasty. Every table was dirty, food all over the floor where the food is being cooked. I asked to see what the TBones looked liked before I ordered and that seemed to be a problem. I changed my mind from to go to eating here and that seemed to be a problem because the cook had to change the plate out. Then I asked for a biscuit instead of toast and was a problem too. The slick under the breath comments gave this away with the rolling of the eyes. All this before I even got my food. The food came.... My TBone was so tough the steak knife wouldn't even cut it. I still was served toast instead of the biscuit I asked for. So all the eye rolling I got was for nothing. I got my biscuit and it was so mushed flat and greasy I had ask what it was. It didn't look like a biscuit. But 1 good thing did come out this, my eggs. I asked for scrambled light with cheese and that is what I got. They were perfect. It took 30 minutes for the cook to ask if she could recook my meal and I told her NO, the mood was already ruined by then. But she recooked it anyways. And it looked a 10000000 times better.... So a bad situation turned good. Thank You Ms. Pat. I was worried there for a minute. I thought I had paid $21.25 for some eggs. This is NO LIE, AS SOON AS SHE PUT MY FOOD DOWN IN FRONT OF ME A GENTLEMAN WAS WALKING IN AND TOLD MS. PAT "I WANT THE SAME EXACT MEAL AS HER'S". PRESENTATION IS EVERYTHING.... AGAIN THANK YOU MS. I arrived at 12am ordered Texas bacon cheeseteak melt with peppers Hash browns with cheese onions peppers mushrooms and ham Cheesesteak hash brown bowl add peppers
I Received my order Without bacon or peppers on my sandwich No ham in my hash browns food was bland with no salt or pepper. Left and returned to get my order corrected they just added the missing items from my order on top of what was already made after I requested to get it made over correctly and I still received the incorrect order. Just poor service all around.
The night crew was too busy talking and playing instead of tending to guest and getting their orders correct. I’ve watched 5 different guest return to this location to complain about incorrect orders. Mistakes happen but 2 times In one night is not it🥴 Please do better‼️
Took an hour and 30 mins to get my order and still didn’t have the correct order Definitely wasn’t worth the 30 plus dollars I spent on these 2 meals.
As a food business owner myself this is UNACCEPTABLE‼️‼️‼️ I don’t even write reviews but I felt the need to at this time!! Pic below is the 2nd time around and still incorrect
