This experience was the absolute worst! I went in at lunch time because the sign said "buffet dine in." When I walked in, the cashier didn't greet me (or the other guest walking in the door). The cashier is using the computer. After about 3 or 4 minutes, the cashier then says "placing an order or picking up an order?" I told her I'd like the buffet. She asked me what I'd like to drink which was starry. Then she told me to have a seat and she'd bring my drink. She brought me water instead. I saw a drink machine, so I proceeded to pour out my water and get starry. I tried to get ice (the reservoir was empty).The drink machine was just carbonated water. I told the cashier and she just replied with ok. I then approach the buffet tables and to my surprise there is 4 pans (supreme, pepperoni, sausage) with approximately 3 - 4 small crusty slices of pizza. I then ask the cashier how long before more pizza is put out. She replies " it's just me. They got me running." I said I understand. It's just that I can't eat pork and everything on the bar is pork. The salad bar was also empty. She then told me she would get some pizza out for me. I sit and wait for another 10 minutes. Then she walks over to me and say I got pizza coming out for you. I thanked her and waited another 7 minutes. She came back with a personal pan pizza and said "I'll let you take it with you, and I didn't charge you the buffet price, just $6.47. What???? I left and when I got home I looked at the pizza. It was a pernal beef pizza. So y'all have advertisement for buffet but this turned into a personal pan carryout instead. Furthermore, if you knew you had no food on this bar, the 1st thing you do is notify the guest when they come in. Also, if you decide to change the "all you can eat" to what you will eat, please at least be courteous enough to ask what kind of pizza I'd like. This was unprofessional, unsatisfactory, and if this is the way pizza hut is slaving it's employees by having only 1 personal run a restaurant, y'all should close the doors NOW! There was no address printed on my receipt, so I called the restaurant to ask for the address.
The gentleman that answered the phone asked if this was for carryout or delivery, and I said I'm just calling for your address. The gentleman repeated himself is this for carryout or delivery and I again said sir I just need your address.
The gentleman spouted off four numbers and stopped, and then I asked him can you tell me the street please, and then he said Tobacco Road very Huffy like as if I was disturbing him or as if I should know it's Tobacco Road.
The reason I was asking for the address is because this is the closest restaurant to my home and I wanted to lock it into my phone, but after the treatment I received over the phone coupled with the lack of utensils and napkins in my carryout order, I shall not be returning to this restaurant and we'll just drive further to another probably Papa John's.
I have been a 23 year loyal customer to Pizza Hut in the state of Hawaii on the island of Maui.
December 12, 2019 I will make one year as a resident in the state of Georgia. Clearly the employees in Hawaii know how to treat customers as opposed to those in Augusta Georgia.

I called back to see what happened to the pizza I ordered. I asked to speak to the manager. The person on the phone said "I am the night manager. " I told her my concerns. She asked my name then she told me that the driver said he had called my sons phone 3 times and he didn't get and answer. I told her that her driver didn't attempt to deliver that pizza my address, because I was sitting on the couch, the porch light was on, and the door was open. I also let her know that no one came and knocked on the glass door. She told me that "I can only go on what the driver said. " I asked her about costumer service. She repeated what she said earlier that "I can only go on what the driver said." She never once said anything about what can Pizza Hut do to make this right and my son had to ask her, was she going to refund his money to his bank card. I am highly upset about how we were treated. I let her know that I work with costumers also. When you are in the field of serving other everyone count the driver, the night manager and most of all costumer you serve.
