Came into the Windsor spring store with the intent to get my account numbers to have my numbers and cell service transferred to another carrier because of the poor customer service I received trying to activate additional line in August. I needed a replacement device and also had questions about possibly upgrading plan for increased data needs and Boost offered me a great deal to switch over. Once I got in the store I noticed immediately everything looked much more organized and I was immediately warmly greeted by one of the newer managers I've never seen before. She patiently listened to my request for info to transfer and said that she would prLovide my info but politely asked what was deciding factor in leaving metro so I explained prepvious negative experience and boost's offer for what I needed to upgrade to. Without missing a beat she genuinely apologized for the bad service I received before she started and had my requesed info in my hand 3 minutes after I arrived. She explained that there was a recent change in staffing and management there and asked would I give her the opportunity, just a few minutes, to try to make it worthwhile to stay with metro. In 5 minutes she had me upgraded to the phone I was about to get elsewhere at a significantly lower price as well as making the changes I needed and she set up my device, recovered data from old phone and explained and Set up some really useful features that are extremely helpful for my business.
