Taco Bell — Restaurant in Augusta

I went into the drive through expecting the typical, rude behavior that I have become accustomed to when ordering food at a fast food restaurant drive through. I expected a bored, impatient tone of voice from the speaker as the attendant says "Welcome to Taco Bell. May I take your order." I also expected to be interrupted in mid sentence as I tried to say my order request. Yet another rude behavior common among drive through attendants. However, I was pleasantly surprised to hear a warm, welcoming, friendly voice say "Hello, how are you today." At first I was speechless, but I proceeded with my order. I was not interrupted, and when I was finished, she asked if I needed anything else. When I replied No, she read back my order, and asked me to confirm that the order was correct on the screen. Long story short, the rest of the experience was by far the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a fast food drive through. Demetrice is the most pleasant, courteous, respectful, and professional drive through attendant I've ever dealt with. She is a shining example of TRUE customer setvice. Ok folks things have changed,what use to be a taco is no longer made up of the same ingredients.i got soft taco and hard shell ones and both had this meat that resembled canned chopped dog food and lettuce and I could count the couple pieces of cheese put on top of the lettuce.nothing eles.the taco shell was over half empty and soggy on the bottom.they had piled all the soft shell tacos on top the hard shelled tacos.your only given one sauce packet for two tacos which isn't near enough.lets face it a taco is lettuce, tomatoes, cheese,hamburger and onion in most cook books .you want that on your taco at the famous taco bell you have to pay extra.what they give you is a shell,alittle meat four or five shreds of lettuce you can't even tell are there and cheese you have to look for because you can't taste it.And.....here's the clicker your paying close to 2.00 dollars for each one.they are making money.nothing personal I love a good taco but check it out for yourself.taco bell on peach orchard...

I put in an online order around 8:45pm. When I got to the taco bell I had to wait in line 30 minutes to get to the window. When I got to the window I'm given my drinks and I'm asked to pull forward. (ok no problem. I understand even tho I put in my order online it doesn't get made until I am there, great I want my food to be hot). So I pull forward, and wait. I watch 3 cars pull to the window and leave and I still hadn't gotten our food (3 combos). So I get out of my vehicle and run to the window and ask what happened the woman at the window says my food hadn't gotten called back to the back, she apologies and tells me 4 minutes and I'll have my food, again no problem. Again I watch 3 cars pull to the window and leave and I still hadn't received our food. I was upset, I didn't understand....I'm not one to get upset I do understand, more than most. This experience tho...
