Horrible service as usual. Went tonight through drive thru and ordered 3 cheese pizzas got home and open boxes to find all 3 are sausage pizzas. Call number on the receipt 8 times because the line is busy the first 7 trys when I finally get a manager on the line he does not state he is sorry or gives no empathy whatsoever just states it was a mixup & that if I can bring them back they’ll give me the cheese pizzas. I take the pizzas back up there and see that there’s a line inside and in the drive-through so I sit in my car for like five minutes. I go in and take the pizzas to the counter neither the girl who is working the drive-thru window nor the other guy at the other register acknowledge me when he finally did he tells me to hold on then stands there for a minute then goes to the to the little heating oven and gives another customer his order then proceeds to ask me well what’s my issue I tell him and show my receipt that I ordered three cheese pizzas and ask why I have three sausage pizzas again the only answer I get is well it was just a mixup I state well I understand that but don’t you guys have a specific place for cheese pizzas he states well she’s over there training referring to the girl at the drive-through window she proceeds to tell him to shut up. He takes the pizzas to the back and tells the “manager” the issue and comes back to tell me that it’ll be 6 minutes for the pizzas to be made I tell him there is always an issue then have a seat. This guy goes to the back and states to the “manager” “this lady got an attitude talking about it’s always an issue well if it’s always an issue why you bring yo ass back then? The manager says “exactly” and the other guys then says And she still gone come back. REAL PROFESSIONAL! Just think about how loud they had to be talking if I’m sitting in the front of the store and they’re in the back.......not only that but the fact that they have apparently been given the impression from somewhere that they can talk and speak to/about customers in that way and it be ok 🤔 when did it become wrong for a paying customer to expect/demand to receive the product or service that they’re paying for? So if I’m going to have to burn my gas and time going back-and-forth to a store that can’t get it right customer service and product wise AND could care less I’ll just save the time and gas and take my business to the Gordon highway...
Read moreFinally they have redeemed themselves! Living in a rural/countryfied area has its pros and cons. Pros include quiet location, no neighbors and a couple of acres for my dogs to run around on. Cons are no neighbors to borrow an egg or cup of sugar from, you have to travel for anything and not a single food delivery service or restaurant will bring you food. You get used to hearing sorry but we don't deliver out there. I write this because this particular Little Ceasers is about 13 miles away in a small shopping area outside of Fort Gordon, Georgia. The store used to be across the street and it was great since it first opened. Fast, good tasting and cheap pizza. Everything you would want and expect from a Little Ceasers. After they relocated to the new site it just seemed like it went downhill fast and stayed that way for a while. Over the last few years its gone between good and not so good. But the past 10 months its been pretty reliably good. A couple of snafus but overall a huge improvement. I don't know if a new owner or management team or just better workers contributed to the change but whatever it was is a vast improvement and they don't need to change anything now. And finally, finally, finally you can order online and pick it up in the "Magic Pizza Portal". A wondrous magical box that creates pizza magically. They send you a code to punch in or a QR code to scan and Abracadabra the doors automatically open to the wonderful smells of freshly baked pizza. Really guys, for around here it's a huge deal. Just watching the sad customers faces while waiting in the store as they look upon the people getting their pizza from the magic box without saying a word. Then you actually realize the true wonder of this machine. Anyway, I'm glad our little country town is finally caught up to the 20th century. Not a typo fellow Googlers with the 20th century. I know its now the 21st just trying to make you understand how this town rolls. Until our next adventure friends....
Read moreI go to your store on Tobacco Road. I proceeded to the front door, and it was locked. There was no sign stating that the lobby was closed. Therefore I proceeded to go through your drive-thru. I place an order for two of the Crazy Stuff Bread. The young lady who took my order asked me to pull over, and they will bring the order out when it was ready. She took my order at 4:28 pm. I pulled over and shortly after another vehicle pulls over next to me. We both were waiting for quite a while and then I see the person who took my order bring their order out to their vehicle. I proceeded to wait a few more minutes. Finally I decided to go into the building because it was 5:05 pm. Another female with no name tag on brown skin, with braces on her teeth, with a black hat that had BATMAN stitched in red says, the lobby is closed sir. I told her I know but I have been waiting for basically 30 minutes for my order. She proceeded to say; don't come in here getting no attitude with me because I didn't take your order. I told her that I never said that she did take my order, but I think waiting 30 minutes is totally uncalled for. Then I told her that all I order was two orders of the crazy bread. She then walks towards the back and comes back to tell me that she just put some in the oven because they only had one order ready. I told her that I refused to wait any longer. I just want my money back. She asked for my receipt and I gave it to her. She played around with the register as if she knew what she was doing, but all she was doing was playing around. Then another worker had to show her how to do it and this young lady wasn't even working today. This place never has pizza or anything else ready when you come in. If they would stop standing around gossiping and playing on cellphones, then you just might have a respectful and business, but until you do that and get rid of the worker with the nasty attitude, I will not use your...
