Went here and placed an order on the app and it showed that it had been paid for and all. Was waiting to see if they got the order to start fixing it. They only had one ticket from an online order (not mine). When I asked about it they said give it a minute to see if it comes through but then they asked if I used a coupon with my order when I said I did all they could say is that they don't allow the coupons to be used anymore that supposedly they stopped around 4 months ago. So now with a paid order that I can't get and money that was spent for the order not knowing if I will get it back or what and having to figure out how to buy supper because of the money being tied up is not a good spot to be in. When a coupon shows that the store is participating in the deal then it should be able to be used there. You shouldn't have to wonder if you will be getting the money back or if your going have to fight to get it back and you shouldnt have to wonder what to do next. They didn't try to do anything at all except say they don't do coupons anymore. They didn't try to find a way to fix the problem or anything. Not very professional here. Read moreI always come to this location and today’s visit was very upsetting. The workers who was there always help me and are very polite. The problem lies with an older man who was working today was talking down to the employees in front of all the guest suggesting they was stealing and telling them to move and GO HOME! When I asked was he the boss or the owner I was told he was a friend of the owner who is watching the restaurant while the owner was away. Well this rude guy made your honest workers cry and humiliated them in front of several people. I also smelled alcohol from his breathe! This type of behavior is not acceptable and should be taken care of immediately!! The same ladies always helps me and enjoy working there but today my perception changed and I will not be back to this location EVER!! Stop treating the employees as criminals!! I hope and pray this gets resolved quickly!!...
Read moreWent to Subway on Windsor Spring in Hephzibah yesterday. I was not told until I orderd my sandwich that the fountain machine was not working. Nonetheless, the cashier told me I could get a bottled drink at no additional charge. I went back to Subway today and was told the ice machine was not working. Instead of offering a bottled drink with my combo, I was charged more for the bottled drink. I Explained to the manager that I was here the day before and was not any addtional charge for a bottled drink. Manger had a bite of an attitude. I realize he wants to save a dollar being a business owner and I want to save a dollar being a customer. I give this location 1 star due to my customer service experience.
