1/6 times my order has been almost right?!?! As a person that LOVES Popeyes and that has been to popeyes in every corner of America to include Hawaii and the midwest, this is by far the worst. Ive lived here for 2 months and have been here about 6 times if not more. Each and everytime there are issues to include a 15 to 30 min wait just to get my order wrong each and every time. One time i was told if i wanted spicy chicken i need to wait 15 mins to which i said no mild is fine. I still waited 30 mins plus for cold and old chicken. Not just 10 or 15 mins or even 1 hr old. It was clearly from the night before. One time i told for mild and they said its a 10 min wait and i said can it be mixed if i dont have to wait as long, and they said yes. I saw almost 15 people come and go with thier orders....etc...etc...etc...Coke machine alwaya seems to have an issue. Like why? These machines are about 5 years old and they cant figure out how to put thr ice pieces in and order the proper sugars and flavors? And why they dont have butterfly shrimp? This is clearly a retarded azz spot. I am extremely patient as I have been a line cook for about 5 years and have never left a negative comment. Nearly every time I order food I end up trashing it because returning means i have to give up almost another 30 mins of my life. Sure the place is kinda clean but people have headphones in, laughing and joking, have attitudes, lie about wait times, everytime, no matter the time of day. Not one person from general manager to fry cook looked motivated or cared to even have a job. I ask for sauce and always get one?!?!? i dont want ten but one sauce for family meals? I ask for seasonings they give 2-3 for family meals. I thought is was a Georgia thing because im new here but all the other Popeyes close to this one are a thousand times better and i let them know. I usually don't do this but im fed up with the place . I live a few blocks away from this one which i was happy about because I use to be stationed in Missouri and had to drive 2 hour anytime i wanted Popeyes, but i will just drive my happy azz further for some chicken! Read moreI used to get my Popeyes from the Deans Bridge location all the time, bc of where I used to live, and they got my order incorrect, or left out an item, EVERY single time. Tonight is my 4th time getting my food delivered from the Tobacco Rd. location, and I have not ONE single complaint. The first time I ordered from this location, I called the store and asked if they could make SURE my order was accurate. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name, but he was friendly, accommodating, and assured me that getting an incorrect order would no longer be an issue for me. He has kept his word so far! The food was fresh, order was correct, condiments and plastic wear were included, EVERY SINGLE TIME. The food was good, and the appearance was appealing. I know in fast food you can’t please everyone, and there will be instances where mistakes are made. But there is a difference between a “mistake” and just blatant disregard for what the patron requested.
I just wanted to come and sing their praises bc I’m sure they get more complaints than compliments! I am VERY pleased with my most recent experiences with this location! Tobacco Rd. Read moreNice location, but allot going on... Apple pies were all left on the counter, not under a light or warmer, buns sitting it the package... Employee talking over them..yuck! Drink machine not working and no signs put up, I watched customers complain as I waited on my order, tons of employees working but every table was messy and trash was running over... My chicken was dry and old... After waiting so long, I refused to stand in the long line again.. I paid over $10 for my order... I'm not happy at all.. Drive thru was extremely backed up. Then it was a young male talking about how a customer didn't want butter on her chicken sandwich bun to another employee., the manager told them to stop making a big deal and fix it how the customer wanted it! That could have easily been my relative order they were tossing about. For this to be a new location, everyone seemed to be all over the place ... And confused as to what they should be doing.
