Wendy's — Restaurant in Augusta

I just went into this Wendy’s to place my order because the drive thru line was too long. I placed my order which had a PINK lemonade as the drink. The lady rung up a STRW lemonade as the drink. I asked if that was the same cost/item and she said it was. Mind you, pink and strawberry lemonade are not the same.... I watched her fix the lemonade from the STRW berry lemonade machine which is not what I wanted. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and went to my car and put my food down and tasted the lemonade. Not only was there strawberry floating around in the cup it had a distinct strawberry taste which is what I figure. I went back in with my receipt and said, “this is not Pink lemonade.” She said, “yes it is” and I said “no ma’am it’s not” and showed her the STRW floating around in the cup. She said “STRW berry and pink lemonade are the same thing”. She said this multiple times so I just asked for a sweet tea. She gave me the cup and as I was walking away to fix my tea I hear, “oooooo she mad, she mad”. So I turned around and I said “pink lemonade and STRW lemonade are not the same....” At this point it’s not even about the lemonade it’s about an employee talking about a customer behind their back and trying to start an argument. The employee then turned to her coworker and asked if pink lemonade and STRW are the same. The employee said no. I was never apologized to or even spoken to after that. This lady needs to be terminated immediately. I have called the store 3 times and haven’t...

Since there are no zeros I must give one star. Just overall a nasty and rude store.. The food you see is from two different locations. The two that are burnt, nasty, and inedible are from wrightsboro rd. Both were suppose to be remakes after we went thru a second time to correct the very obviously burnt bacon. The staff was (verbally) very combative to the remake, and stated they "didn't want to remake it", and then further stated "the bacon is just like that", (no. Its not) all the while talking smack, and eventually shutting the drive thru window in our faces. The fries in the middle are from the Wendy's on peach orchard where excellence is all they serve. Obviously their bacon is cooked to standard, fresh, and edible. All wrightsboro rd did was throw more cheese on top of the original order and hand it back. You can visibly see the two layers on the entree. Just unacceptable. You work hard for your money folks. You deserve quality food. Don't eat there. Theres no telling what they do...

Man, I should have read the reviews prior to going there. I first recieved the wrong order in the drive thru after waiting. Then when I went in the restaurant to get my correct order, there was a female and what I believe to be a male laughing and making passive comments while the other employees, whom weren't rude, fixed my order. Those two clocked out and sit in the lobby behind me and were seemingly trying to provoke a reaction out of me (over them messing up my order at that). In that moment I wished I'd had nothing to lose, but it wasn't worth it over some food. Got home, the sandwiches weren't fixed correctly, the fries look like someone ate out of them, and on top of that, I didn't see them throw out the food I returned... This Wendy's is straight Garbage 🗑! But this doesn't apply to all the employees, but for the two it does, I hope they have the day...
