Update: 08/08/25. This place has gone downhill since they lost their current manager. Drive through customers should not have to wait 30 minutes for their breakfast. We ordered at 8:30 and got our food at 9:00. The man asked us to park and he would bring out our food. I was late for work, I had to text my boss I was still waiting for my breakfast. There was only ONE person running the show inside, and another pushing a broom more interested in their phone then cleaning the lobby, which the lobby was closed because of lack of staff, as I'm banging on the door to see if they forgot us, the broom pusher looked up, saw me, and continued pushing the broom around. Darius was literally a one man show, taking orders then cooking them BY HIMSELF. Are you telling me there's no management team at all all this location able to help this poor man. Nobody at wendys makes enough money to be forced to work as slaves by themselves in a restaurant making minimum wage. Thank you Darius for trying your best and wearing a smile as you brought out our food, you deserve a pay raise. I don't normally give one star reviews but that was ridiculous.
It's your basic Wendy's adventure. We went inside at 10AM and ordered breakfast, place was empty only a few customers inside at this point. The employees were neither mean or friendly, kinda indifferent.
Place was clean, plenty of seating, bathroom was clean, and plenty of condiments stocked. It's wheelchair accessible. Plenty of parking space.
I was pleasantly surprised with the price because lunch time prices are way more expensive. We both got the breakfast baconator meal, which was really good.

Read moreService here has been less than ideal of late. We've gone through twice in the last week or so for breakfast and both times were not great experiences. The first time we sat in the drive thru until we ran out of time to wait, and when we called the restaurant to ask why no one asked for our order, we were told the attendant forgot to put their headset on, and nothing was offered to make us happy. The second time, we had mobile ordered and were picking up in the drive thru, but after nearly 15 minutes of waiting as the first car in the line, we were missing items from our order. The guy at the window tried to argue with us, saying we got everything in the order, and only agreed with us after staring at his screen for about an entire minute, and then had to go make said food, making us wait even longer.
The second time, when we actually got our food, it was acceptable, but nowhere near the quality we were expecting after seeing reviews of their breakfast online. I can't say this is true for Wendy's as a whole, but this location should be avoided unless you have a lot of time to kill and enjoy arguing with people about very simple order information. Stick with McDonald's if you need quick breakfast in Augusta, or grab something a bit nicer like Damon's or Panera if you've got the time to...

The guy comes on the intercom and say "what can I get'cha?" we order and he told us our total and nothing else. No please no thank you....nothing!!! We wait for what seems like an eternity to get to the window. The kid took our card and was too busy chatting with a co worker to say anything to us or look at us. We get our Frosties and head to the lot to eat them. They were literally strawberry milk at that point because they put them I flimsy cups immediately when we ordered them so they sat around waiting for all the cars ahead of us.
