Giordano's — Restaurant in Aurora Township

First of all, this tavern pizza was so nasty, it was definitely overcooked and so dry, it was inedible. Upon calling up to the store, the girl answered the phone with a “hello” like it was her own personal phone, I had to ask if I was calling the right place. I told her how the pizza was and she says that I have a couple different options but yet only gave me one, which was to bring the pizza back and have another one made. But the new one couldn’t be started until I brought the old one back….seriously?? I already waited 40 minutes for this dried up piece of cardboard. Oh and they don’t give credits, so there was $45 wasted. I’d rather spend my time and gas by going out to the Oswego location. Absolute...

The service was very slow in getting our food out. The servers suggested ordering an appetizer to kill time while waiting for our pizza and after waiting about 30 minutes just for our appetizer we had to ask about the status of the appetizer and the manager was like 5 more minutes and after waiting 20 minutes more it still never came so we cancelled that. And on top of that my wife ordered a small salad which she didn't get till after our pizza arrived and they even messed that order up and when we mentioned the mess up the manager gave us an attitude look as if it was our fault. Surprising to hear such negative reviews about this place 😕 I thought the girls who were working tonight were lovely! Sure my pizzas were running a bit behind, but the manager offered me some free dessert for my time! The other girl working even sparked conversation with me while I waited. Despite having to wait, I will be coming back again and again because not only is the food to die for, but I love the atmosphere and energy from this location! Definitely my new go to pizza place. Keep it up...
