When I first went here I thought it would be like all the other places but it’s not. It has great people. Great attitude and the food is never cold. It’s freshly baked very quick with service very polite no dirty looks like other places. It is a very nice atmosphere. The service is very good. They are really attentive to people who walk in and the food is overall really good. I usually get the strawberry Surfrider it’s really yummy, and it never comes out different. It always comes out the same and the pretzels and the pretzel bites are always warm and soft and most of the time I get helped by a short young lady with big glasses she has long brownish blackish hair. She’s very nice. She helps all her customers with smiles, greets him and tell him to have a good day after she’s done helping them.Overall...

Star and Z were extremely kind to me today. I ordered two drinks and two small corn dogs bites and they quoted me 15 minutes since the corn dog bites have to be made fresh - I told them I did not mind the wait and that I understood. Once my items were ready, they were kind enough to give me a couple of sides of honey mustard and a side of the salted pretzel bites, for the wait. My wife and I went in today to get a couple pretzels. We order and waited. And waited and waited. People that came in after us we being served first. Ok we are going to get hot fresh pretzels. NOPE after 10 MINUTES some one claiming to be the GM pulled the one that had been sitting there forever. Super long wait, no customer service at all and to top it off the pretzels we only ehhhhhh (cold and hard). Go to Paris Baggett right across from these guys. Better food ,people...
