Chester's Philly Grill — Restaurant in Aurora

Found this place randomly on Google, thought I'd give it a try, since it's been easily ten years since I had a good Philly cheese steak, and man let me tell you I'm glad I came! The lady behind the counter was super nice! She gave me some recommendations for a sandwich I should pick, and I got what she recommended, fries and a drink. A few minutes later my food came out, freshly made, hot and amazing! The food was great! The fries were PERFECT, hot and crispy, and the sandwich was honestly divine! I think the only thing that could have made that sandwich a 10/10 was if it had some sauce inside, but honestly it's probably highly likely I just ordered one that doesn't come with sauce! I wish I could give more stars for the atmosphere. It is a place where you can sit down and eat but not great atmosphere for that. The atmosphere is more like one of those great places to get food but geared more towards take out. All of the food on the menu is completely to die for, I haven't eaten everything yet but I'm positive it will taste as good as what I have. The employees go out of their way to make sure all their customers are happy and full. If you do dine in they will make sure that your not forgotten. I was pleasantly surprised when I found and tried Chester's and frequent it probably more than I should. my personal favorite is the #1 w/x-tra meat and cheese if you want some for later, if you want to try and eat it in one stop don't get the x-tra meat and cheese. This place was a great find! I had a jalapeño cheese steak, had them add mushrooms, came with peppers and onions. The large was definitely large (note the picture). The steak was cooked perfectly and well seasoned, the roll was a good imitation of what one might find in Philly and stood up to the contents well. The real standout were the vegetables - honestly! They were all fresh and cooked to a perfect consistency, just the right crispness. I really love that they didn't use canned jalapeños - in not a fan of the vinegar flavor that those add to foods.
