Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Aurora

It’s unbelievable how much the service here has declined. Right I’m a DoorDash driver to make some extra money and this place treats delivery drivers terribly. For takeout and delivery, there are instructions to park in the To-Go area and wait in your car, and someone will come out to you. For awhile, there was no issue with this. However, recently it seems like they don’t care at all anymore when someone is waiting in the to go area. Even when I’m the only car, I find myself having to wait for a long time, and I’ve seen other drivers go inside and grab the food themselves because of how bad the wait is. Today, I found myself waiting for over 30 MINUTES and no one came out. In fact, there was an employee who kept looking out the window with her air pods in and saw that my car was parked outside and kept ignoring me. The only reason why this is a 2 star and not a 1 star is because there is only one employee who comes out the second a car parks and is very friendly and attentive. Obviously she wasn’t working today. One last thing is they try to fit as much food into one bag as possible to where some of the food containers end up falling out of the bag. One time they shoved 5 entrees into one bag to the point where the bag was ripping, and I had to make sure to let the customer know. One of the most disgusting places I have ever been!! The cooks and servers were getting drunk, I sit at the bar with a clear view of the kitchen & NO one was wearing gloves, Not one of the cooks had on gloves, they were Raw handing Everything🤮!! The servers were drinking alcohol and even walking out the kitchen with it to go outside to smoke with the beer in her hand. This place should be re inspected, how did they pass inspection in the 1st place with all the filth, the kitchen was dirty, servers looked dirty, kept wiping their face, mouth and hair and touching peoples orders with it. The worst part is while having a drink at the bar, I found out 1 of the managers(Dan) was sitting at the bar with one of the female servers who was on the clock basically in his lap,and all over him not working, he was loud and noticeably intoxicated from the beer( Unlimited Free Beer it seemed as I sit & watched until he left) which was Crazy because although he was not working he was still ordering the bartender, server and the on duty manager around while sitting at the bar drinking which was Uncomfortable for PAYING customers watching the football game & very Unprofessional, so that's 2 managers in the place and no one addressed the kitchen filth. I've eaten at this restaurant 4 times. 2 times were pretty good decent service, typical wait nothing to really complain about. The other 2 were bad... Just terrible. extremly slow service waitress taking my order down correctly not getting all the food i ordered and still being charged for it. Typical bad experience stuff. But 3/23/18 we came in about 8:20pm roughly got in right before a big family a few adults and a bunch of kids. We had 4 adults we needed 2 highchairs. He gave the hostess our name and was told 15 to 20 min wait. No problem after waiting almost 30 min after everyone else had been seated one gentlemen in our group went to the hostess to see what was going on with our wait. She asked our name and said we were not on there anywhere. So we had pointlessly been standing there waiting for a table because THEIR hostess didn't put our name down. And on top of that they didn't apologize for THEIR screw up. Extremely unprofessional we said we'll just go eat somewhere else she replied "okay, thanks bye" they need to rethink who they have running the front. The first people customers meet and see and they have someone like that. That person is pretty much the face of a restaurant and they have her. Rude, forgetful, no customer engagement skills.
