Tonight, maybe was a fluke, but the service was TERRIBLE. We waited for a few minutes in line to place our order. When I went to order, after my entree was prepared, I was told “we’re out of rice”. Ok. I get it. It happens. I asked if anything would be offered in it’s place. “Double beans.” There were no apologies made. So, I asked for refried beans. “We’re out of that too.” By this point, I was fed up with her attitude. She clearly didn’t care that I was about to pay $10 for a meal, where the only thing I was receiving would be the entree. I was so frustrated at this point, I didn’t want anything else this place had to offer. I just wanted to leave. The worst part, is the sweet kid at the register has no idea why I’m so fed up at this point. For all he knew, I didn’t want rice, or beans. He did his absolute best to help, and that’s the ONLY reason I didn’t do a 1 star review. We won’t be back, at least for a while. I know finding help is hard, and I know covid made things difficult for businesses, but I also know that treating customers so cold, and not caring that I’m about to spend my money on half an order of food will help you lose business quickly. I truly hope tonight was just a bad night...
Read moreDefinitely a five star for the delicious tasting food. My disappointment was with the disrespectful young lady who was "Adamant" that she was going to put me in my place. I asked for some of the liquid from the beans and when I referred to it as gravy, she repeatedly corrected me.
When I asked for additional beans she refused to hide her disgust. She practically through my bowl into the oven before gestering, with her hand, "Go away!" Her behavior was demeaning, unprofessional, incomprehensible, and, unwarranted... This was on 6/30/22, between 4-5 pm.
Please speak to her, give her a fair chance, and if she does it again, please get her off the "Front line" and out of view. I don't know her name but she may be Spanish or interracial, like most of my family, and she may have had a tiny earring in her nose. She was the one at the very beginning who starts the order.
We come out to spend our hard earned money, not be blindsided by attitudes equivalent to the stinch of a skunk. But the way, everyone else was exceptionally friendly. ...

The first time we came in it was about an hour before closing and they said they are out of steak and wouldn't make anymore because they had cleaned the grill. First of all your employees are losing your company money. Second how ridiculous is it to clean the grill before closing. The second time it wasn't a busy day so the employees are sitting around on personal phones texting and guess what THEY WHERE OUT OF STEAK AGAIN. They had enough to make one enchilada and said to choose a different meat and the proceeded to tell us the charge is the full price of steak. Absolutly unacceptable. Maybe if your employees would get off their phones and stop being lazy then you would have everything available. I have never walked into Qdoba or Cafe Rio and have them tell me they are out of steak and if they where I know they would compensate for the...
