Omg worst services!!! I ordered through beyondmenu and not once during my ordering process did it tell me of any time delays!!! I ordered my food at 615pm and it's almost 9pm and my food still hasn't shown up. I called the restaurant twice. The first time all I was told that it's on it's way our driver is on route now. So thinking I'm less than a mile away from the restaurant it would be 10mins but because of the snow and slippery roads it might be 20mins away....cool. well by 830 I call again and they tell me THEN that there's an hour and a half to 2 hr delays cuz of the weather. And so i asked why wasnt i told of this delay before when i called or processed my order online through beyondmenu? And I was told it should of said it on the site. Well it doesnt it doesnt even give me a general wait time. So the lady apologizes shes she cabt see more than my basic information and without me telling her that it was an online order she wouldn't be able to tell on her system and says the best she can do is waive $3 pork wontons on my next order or take off the $2 delivery fee. Seriously??? So my inconvenience and for my value as a customer you cant do anything else more to make this right? F that!!! I'm never ordering here again. I could have spent the same amount of money on a pizza a block away and had it an hr and 15mins ago!!! But my 8 year old wanted Chinese food and not pizza again. When my kids food did arrive it was cold!!! And the wontons were over cooked and all be 2 were hard as rock!!! And the brown fried rice was just plain brown sticky rice so I had to pull a mommy miracle and fry it up with the last 2 eggs I had for my daughter to have it. Read moreNovember 2024: I brought 6 egg rolls. I didn't check them before I left. That was my mistake. This place has been so good that I didn't have to, but that's not the case this time. All 6 egg rolls were burnt. They said come back and we'll replace them or you can get a credit. They replaced them, but they were not golden brown they were darker but not burnt.
My niece took one bite and got sick. She is allergic to peanuts. I don't know if they cook their egg rolls in peanut oil, but be careful going forward. My niece grew up on these egg rolls, so they may have recently made a change, or the oil needs to be changed. I don't know, but I can't risk her health. There is a sign about allergies, so please ask if you have questions.
My dad and I didn't get sick, but I'm going to not eat here anymore. Their customer service needs to improve, and I don't go where I'm not wanted.
October 2024: My and other people's orders were brought out to sit for 10 minutes. New hires or cousins have reduced customer service down in a bad way. It was one person during the lunch rush to be fair. Everyone else was normal and good.
2022: I grew up eating here. I haven't eaten here as an adult. The value and food are good. The food was greasier than I remember. Good customer service and timeliness. Packing was excellent. I got two lunches for pickup. I thought I was getting delivery, but I edited my order, and the default is pickup.
Just double-check your order before you hit submit. I arrived before the 20-minute pickup time. My order was ready, and the smell of their egg rolls hit me. Yummy. I remember their egg rolls were so good, and that hasn't changed....
Read moreApparently...some special GOD decided if they CHOOSE to deliver their food. No explanation. This is a condo! Apparently there business owners CAN discriminate. I am glad I know. I don't need extra spit in my food. Yes! It's done. Sad truth is...they delivered over one and half hour late....wirh the wrong food. Still got paid and tipped. Due to the ride hourly worker I complained to..expecting a sorry...anything. I get hung up on. If course. The money is all they care about. So I called my credit card company...THEN I get a call from a "manager". They all seem to be managers...so apologetic. Should be...I ordered..usually pick up. Twice a month....in the past. Solved? Wrong. I was given a credit to use...as any good customer service rep would and should do. After cooling down...I send my husband INSIDE this time...let's try this again...right? They had our name.they knew the situation and credit amount. But..it was 4 days past 30 days of issuance. It's void. No credit.
