I dined in at this place multiple times and somewhat liked the food here (the side dishes are not that fresh), but the server that works there on weekend nights was not that polite and the servic was bad. The server only dropped off food and never checked up on us. We needed more napkins because we have a 1year old, but the two she gave us in the beginning was it. We spilt some water but couldn’t clean it up and we had to leave because it was baby’s time to sleep. We only tipped a little over 10% because the service was awful, but when we were heading out, the owner lady catched us and complained about us for making a mess (spilling water) and not tipping over 15%. We said sorry and left, but that was out of the line and very disappointing. We never expected that to happen and I feel like that was no where close to being professional. They never asked us how the food was and how THEIR service was, but instead making us feel guilty for their lack of respect and poor service. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and we are never...
Read moreI am in love with this place! I live an hour away but I’ll take any chance I get to drive over here. The food is amazing, they offer Korean barbecue as well as other Korean and select Asian dishes like Ramen and Fried Rice as well as a variety of alcoholic beverages. There hasn’t been an item on the menu that wasn’t fabulous. The top picks are the kimchi pancake, beef bulgogi, and hangover ramen. Each barbecue table has its own divider with customers drawing on it and I personally love the private feel it gives the table. The service is wonderful, they have a bell to get the server to come over but they still check in and are fast! I haven’t booked a table for karaoke but that’s an option. Also they have a couple cute photo opportunities and the server I had didn’t hesitate to take pictures for me and my group. I can’t say enough good things about...
Read moreK-Pocha is amazing! My friend and I spent almost $50 dollars on an Uber from Lakewood just to eat some delicious late-night Korean food. We arrived around 01-01:15 am, but we didn’t realise that the kitchen closed earlier than the restaurant. Even though the kitchen closed, we were welcomed anyway and offered a selection of dishes off of the menu that they were still able to prepare. The service was so cheerful, the staff were so kind, and the flavours were delicious. We ate tteokbokki and sweet-chili fried chicken and ordered Mango juice. It was a pity that I forgot to ask for our server’s name because she was such a lovely and sweet person. I am thoroughly looking forward to my...
