This happened just now. Today! I dont really ever go to hooters in person but I had a taste for some wings (to go)! I called from my home phone! The person who answered the phone confirmed my phone number! After confirming the number they hung up the phone! I called back from my cell phone again! They confirmed my number then hung up on me again! I called back and asked them not to hang up on me! I asked if I could have 10 Daytona beach wings! The person who finally answered the phone told me they dont have Daytona wing sauce! I knew this was a lie and I asked to speak to a manager! Mr. Devon got on the phone and handled the situation very well! He still charged me full price for the wings! I respect him for listening to me vent but also did noting to rectify they situation and said the phones were answered by a third party service which i somewhat question because i could hear people talking in the back and when i asked to speak to a manager she put me on hold!
I was just really disappointed by this terrible situation and service and I was also slightly upset because all of this happened and no one knew or had any answers! I have literally only been there a couple times and have left good tips every time and only been fo pick up!
This was a horrific situation and completely ruined my day!
Im very disappointed that a reputable business such as this would resort to this kind of childish behavior. The problem is everyone will move forward like this was an ok scenario!

Read moreWe were in a bind today when a catering company cancelled an hour before a veteran picnic event for Memorial Day. I am sooo thankful someone suggested Hooters! I called before they opened and they fired up the grill to have 400 wings ready for our group of 125 members of VFW Post 1 and Auxiliary Post 1 in 20 MINUTES! Not only did they come through with the food, but Lenny and his team (Ronnie, Miranda & Nelly) helped sort out and provide all the utensils, plates, sauces, paper towels, etc EVERYTHING we needed. The way they stepped up and helped this group of veterans and their families in a pinch was amazing! They kept saying, “whatever you need we’ve got you!” What a great group of humans who care! I am personally thankful and I know VFW Post 1 & Auxiliary Post 1 is also thankful. It was great food & everyone was happy! A few of us came back for a drink and to personally thank the Hooters team after the event. Even then, they were short handed and busy but still had smiles on their faces and were truly serving their customers. Please support them when you can! I know me and my veteran family will definitely show support whenever possible. You truly saved the day today! Memorial Day is hard on our service members and families. Read moreI was very very disappointed in the service here at Hooters I walked in there was no host at the stand and waitress said that they will be right back so no problem so they sit us with our menus my time my 3 kids and me and my wife have figured out what we're going to eat I noticed that it had been 15 minutes or so and we hadn't even had drinks ordered yet so I ask a manager if we can get drinks come to find out the waitress just signs to us was the waitress who greeted as other doors and there is no host that they will be with us soon so here I am 30 minutes in the sitting down and haven't made a food order yet I get the order realized I forgot to order fries with my mail so I asked the waitress and I asked for my son's cheese on his burgers it took them 15 minutes to get two slices of cheese for my son to eat his burgers so we finish sitting down eating our meal and at the end of everybody eating all of our drink cups were empty not once had the waitress been back to refill our drinks or see how we were doing so I had to ask the manager again for drinks all in all horrible experience I will not be back I am not satisfied the Hooters in Westminster is by far better service...
