Okay, I don’t write reviews, and this place is really good, don’t get me wrong! However this past experience kinda just rubbed me the wrong way. I was going to go get some of their boba drinks since I was craving them, and I was really excited to get them. It was around 7:00 pm and we just got there. I ordered a matcha strawberry boba, mango smoothie boba, and a tiger milk tea. When we got the drinks I noticed there was something different. Both the Matcha Stawberry and Mango had white boba pearls. They didn’t really look like boba honestly. It was clear, and had white in the middle. I know that they’re usually not supposed to be that color, simply because I ordered the two drinks in the past and it didn’t come like that. Mind you, the boba wasn’t dark brown at all. When I walked out with the drinks, and started walking to the car, all 3 of the drinks began leaking! The plastic covers didn’t cover the top properly, and every time you’d tilt it a lot of the drink would spill out! I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt, and began drinking it to see if it the boba is at least somewhat the same. Unfortunately when I started chewing it, it felt like there was powder on the inside.

I honestly felt like I wasted my money:(

Overall, this experience was just generally upsetting. I really love this place, but this past experience wasn’t very pleasing. Might not comeback...

Horrible customer service! I went twice and twice I was let down! The first time I went I wasn’t able to order the item I wanted as they didn’t have all the ingredients so I ordered other items a smoothie and a donut, another guest walked in with his kids tried to order the same item I wanted was told they didn’t have the ingredients then the offered the guy a box of free donuts for the inconvenience?? I feel like you should treat all your customers the same, but I guess the only difference between that guy and me was our cultural background because look like he got a lot more smiles than I did. Second time I came in, was not even greeted when I came in the guy that was working at the counter looked right at me. Didn’t say absolutely anything to me. I needed assistance on the machine and he completely ignored me. There was another girl that was working, but she was obviously busy because she was helping to unload stuff from the car that had pulled up outside. She was very respectable and polite. She did greet me and say hello but by then I was already over it with the other guys horrible customer service that I left. This place gets a zero out of zero from me. You guys need to get your customer service together and not make people feel like they’re being...

One star! Deserves less. Never coming here again and I give this place less than a year until they close.

Walked in, no other customers inside but now I know why. The girl working(Ashley) was cleaning or do something but instead of saying"one moment I will be right with you", she ignores me; I should of left right then. Then 5 minutes later instead of saying "hi" or anything she says "cash or card". I say card, she says go to the kiosk in her monotone voice. I proceed but very bothered at this point. When it asked for a tip, I declined which I never do but figured if she changed her attitude I would tip her in cash. Nope she looked miserable and angry the whole time and rude.

The drinks tasted like only milk. Worst boba tea ever tasted. I spent about $39 and it all went to the trash. Plenty of places that are much better and have tons of options aka happy lemon:). I'm bummed this place is a epic fail but that's what happens when you have employees who have zero personality and can't follow a drink recipe and not trained properly. I thought this place was cute and I liked the concept but never coming back and I will make sure I spread the word. Please take my word and go anywhere else. Volcano is around the corner and it's better...

Fairly new place that opened up in the H-Mart shopping area. They have a great combination of Boba tea drinks, mochi-donuts, and other desserts. The location is a bit hard to see from the road and I kind of stumbled on it while I was doing some other shopping. They don't have as wide a variety and options for their boba tea - like selecting the sweetness level. You can add toppings to a variety of pre-set drinks and the fun thing is they put it in a bottle with and seal it with a pop-top (like a soda can). I ordered a Lychee Mango refresher and it turned out very nice and wasn't too syrupy. I had a Churro mochi donut too which was very good. I'm a big fan of mochi donuts but don't like them with a ton of frosting/sweetness. The Churro wasn't too bad but concerned the other options have a ton of toppings. Ordering was done with an electronic self-serve screen and service was quick and friendly. Plenty of parking available so look forward to returning and trying out some of the other options.

Service was great and the self-order kiosks are nice. However the desserts that I tried were really nothing to write home about, the chocolate mochi donut ($3.50) was okay but it was cold when it came out. Apparently the donut case is not heated or anything. I also got the tiger milk tea ($6.50) and it looked pretty good but was this weird soupy texture and was very sweet… I did not end up finishing it. Overall it’s a cute little place but the desserts I tried would not warrant another visit.

Second time here we really likes the food so we got the boba ice cream and there is a FREAKING METAL SHARD in my ice cream I’m not sure if it’s from the machine or a cleaning pad but I tried to call and they didn’t answer and the kid in the fist place didn’t seem to be too enthusiastic to be there barely answered our questions and when he did wasn’t loud enough to hear at all, ive never been one to write reviews but i would no be happy if i swallowed this. And yes i almost swallowed it.
