Mr. Pho Vietnamese Restaurant — Restaurant in Aurora

So picture this: I walk in all haphazard and tell them that I have to order right away because my kids are melting down at H-Mart cause they're hungry. I'm trying super hard to make sure that by the time my husband gets my kids to the restaurant, there's at least some food on the table. The two men working that evening were so, so accommodating. They completely understood the assignment and got right on it. The appetizers were hot and ready when my husband and kids came walking in the door. The kids (almost 2 year old twins) were grumpy, and of course, messy, but the servers were very understanding and kind. They kept checking on us to make sure we were doing alright. I apologized for the mess the kids created (kids + noodles = noodles everywhere), and offered to help clean it up, but they said we were totally fine. Before leaving, I ordered a last-minute boba and the server told me he could just walk it out to me in the car if I needed to go tend to the kids. They were really our angels that night and their actions meant much more to us than they'll ever know.

As for the food: absolutely delicious. We had a dac biet pho, a beef & eggroll rice plate, the noodles with chicken from the kids menu, and a bunch of appetizers. All 4 of us loved everything! The kids had a little from each dish, even the tripe from the pho. We left the restaurant very full and very happy.

I am very picky when it comes to pho because the most important part is the broth. The broth is the foundation and everything else is built on it. Mr. Pho has one of the best broths for their pho I’ve ever had. I ordered the #25 and the spicy meat combined with the broth was straight euphoria in my mouth. I also ordered the spring rolls and they were equally delicious. I saved one of the spring rolls to just dip in the broth and it made a great pairing together.

The service was outstanding from the moment we entered inside. Everything came out quickly after we ordered and the server kept checking to make sure everything was to our liking. Overall very friendly and efficient staff.

For a city with so many pho restaurants, I was reluctant to try a new one that popped up but after experiencing what they had to offer I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be returning for my regular dose of pho, especially when it starts to get...

First visit, I went at 12:20pm. Staff is friendly and quick. There is a big menu with a lot of options beyond PHO. The PHO is very good, the meat is very tender and full of flavor. I got the large steak, flank, and brisket PHO. The quality of meat is the best I have had, the quanity.... It's about average amount for a PHO location. My favorite location puts more meat in theirs. And the waiter forgot my appetizer order but the PHO was out so quick I didn't mind. This location is now my second favorite PHO place and I look forward to trying other stuff on their menu.
