T.J. Maxx — Local services in Aurora

Everyone has always been nice here sadly one person can ruin it all. I left my wallet in a cart that wasn’t strolling too great. My husband went to switch it out and in the process forgot my wallet in the cart when he switched carts. When we were checking out there was an Asian lady with glasses and almost screamed at us because we went to the “ wrong register “ she scolded my husband with a nasty tone and said NO RIGHT HERE .. then as we were leaving I realized my wallet wasn’t in the new cart. In a panic I asked a nice blonde girl .. she recalled the same rude lady that checked us out and I hear the lady go UGHH. So I’m waiting for her to be finished checking out other customers and the lady screams loudly “WHERE IS SHE !?” The blonde girl goes she’s right here. I walk up to her and she has the nerve to tell me in a stern LOUD voice “WHY DID YOU LEAVE IT !? YOUR SUPPOSED TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR STUFF” “ HUH ?! WHY DIDNT YOU KEEP TRACK MM !?” I stood there honestly in shock. I had never been scolded by a person at a store over a mistake… I am a young mom of two babies I try my best to keep track of things … my husband didn’t check for my wallet I mistakenly forgot to tell him and to think this lady had such a lack of compassion and then chewed me out in front of so many people. I was so embarrassed. And I apologize for describing her by her looks but that’s the only way management will know who I’m talking about. She was mid aged with glasses and looked to be asian. She had me so upset. I felt like a child be scolded and screamed at. She was annoyed that I wanted MY WALLET back and she had to take the time to open her drawer and give it to me. She lacked compassion and patience. She was so rude and sadly I think she may be a store lead which is even worse… what a great example for your associates ! So sad and...

This is my favorite TJ Maxx to come to. I would’ve had a better experience if the security guard didn’t scold me because I was pushing a Michael’s cart. Which was right in front of the doors I thought I was helping. Then he made a side comment on his intercom to somebody that I heard plainly. He mocked me. Someone might let him know that people who are older sometimes don’t notice small things like that. The carts are exactly the same size. I was there to pick up a dog bed for my new puppy and after choosing several items, I decided I’d rather not give my business to this TJ Maxx, so I went to Castle rock where they are...

Horrible experience cashier could not give correct change back and even when I tried to tell him do it on your phone if you don't believe Me as I paid with correct change and a $100 bill...this should have been very easy but as he entered I paid the exact amount same as the total bill..the manager actual had to come up just to help...he went from giving me to much money back to giving me less than 1/2 of what I was owed back...as I didn't want his drawer to be short...it was very frustrating as I waited a lengthy time for the manager to be called and her arrive to the front...will go to different TJ Maxx across...
