Ordered three number 3 combos and some donuts. Donuts were wonderful. Cashier put the orders in as sandwiches instead of combos. When we corrected for our lack of hash browns when we received our food, the cook was apathetic, unconcerned, and unwilling to talk with us about what might have happened to create the mix up. The issue was clearly due to a lack of communication. We insisted we bought combos and he was unwilling to provide customer service. Finally, the original cashier overheard us and corrected her mistake; at this time we checked the ticket and realized she had never charged us for combos. We were happy to leave without the hash browns as we never paid for them, but she insisted. Her training made up for the cook's apathy.

Unrelated to the customer service is the ridiculously small amount of hash browns you do get. Exactly 5. We assume this is a decision by corporate and encourage them to reassess their skimpiness on the...

I frequently visited this location, order was often incorrect or burnt. But on one occasion the cashier in the drive thru was trying to adjust the lid as she hands me my medium hot coffee. I drive off and go to sip my coffee it leaked onto my lap and down my chin burning my lip and chin. I thought maybe the lid wasn't on properly. As I took a closer look the cup was melting and the coffee began to spill all over my car I could literally take the entire top portion of the cup off styrofoam melted in the bottom as well. With a huge mess all over my car, a burned thigh, lip hand and chin I drive to the store. I explained to the cashier what happened and her response was "that sucks can I get u another coffee" my lip was burned why would I want another coffee? I got no apology or anything all she said was I'll tell the manager when they come in. I have never and will never visit this...

Customer service here is horrible, staff is rude, and staff does not know how to do their job.

Ordered a soudough breakfast sandwich, came with a whopping 2 small pieces of bacon.

When I got to the window to pay, asked also for an everything bagel, was told I would have to come inside to order and pay and it couldn't be added to my order.

Payed and received my order, drove around and went inside, ordered and paid for my bagel. Then waited 12 minutes for a Bagel.

IF YOUR STAFF HAS TROUBLE WITH A BAGEL, THAT MAY NOT BE THE RIGHT STAFF....

Will never be returning to this location and strongly suggest you rethink visiting also.

I understand fast food and spent over 7 years working the the fast food and restaurant business, I would have been fired on the spot if I acted like the staff...
