I am frequently in this store every time that I am working in the area. From Georgia (my home state) to Colorado, I am almost never disappointed in the service that I get at any chick fil a. I would like to bring special attention to Victoria, an employee in training at this location. I come in quite often and every time I see her, she is zooming around the place getting stuff done. I am a business owner myself and if I had a position that she could fill, I would have already offered her a job. On March 20th in particular, she was getting some ice to put in the bin under the fountain drink dispenser. She saw me and she moved so fast that she was able to fill the container that she had with ice and dump it into the bin at her register before anyone else could get to me. This is not to say anything bad about the other employees, but to shine a bright light on this superstar that you have working for you. A different night that I visited this store, I could tell that she was very new and had someone coaching her about the register. She was not as fast yet as she was recently, but she was asking questions and listening to the instructions of the person training her on how to use the register. I actually told her that she was doing a great job that her speed would come with practice and not to get too bent out of shape about taking a little extra time to get it right the first time. Read moreI was dining with my family at the Tower, Aurora Chick-fil-A on 8/18/25 when I witnessed a manager publicly terminating an employee in front of customers. This was deeply upsetting and made me feel sick to my stomach. Such a sensitive matter should have been handled privately and with the utmost respect. I have seen this employee during previous visits, she was always polite, respectful, and greeted customers with a warm smile. Witnessing her leave with tears in her eyes, clearly embarrassed, was heartbreaking. The manager showed a complete lack of professionalism and empathy, appearing more intent on humiliating her than treating the situation with dignity. By putting her termination and personal information on public display. The manager exposed her unnecessarily. If anyone is able to provide her name and contact information, I would sincerely like to reach out to offer her a job opportunity. This experience has profoundly affected my perception of this restaurant, and I will no longer be dining here. Chick-fil-A must ensure its management treats employees with the respect and dignity...
Read moreWow, we just arrived here from Vegas and well, everything here is so different.
First, shout out to all the staff! Everyone, and I mean everyone is so friendly!! And nice!! I thought for sure the boss is here or corporate or the franchise owner. Smiles on everyone’s face.
Our order taker was so friendly! Helped with suggestions. Was friendly and clean. And just happy to be there!
The other staff just stopped by to say hello and see if we need anything. Like we were a celebrity.
They were like this with everyone. Hugs to other staff. Everyone seems to know each other. It is so strange when you’re from Vegas.
The entire place was so clean, every single corner. Even the baseboards. Not a spec of dirt to be found there. Inside and outside.
The food was good but their friendliness overpowered the food cuz we were in shock that everyone was so nice. And dressed so well.
Thank you for such a nice hospitality. I want to go back there just to hug everyone.
I really hope we have the same effect on our guests because this experience was so...
