Oh, Jets Deep Dish Pizza and Turbo Cheese Sticks—where do I begin? Ordering this dynamic duo was like inviting a flavor explosion into my taste buds, and boy, did they deliver.
First, let’s talk about the deep dish pizza. It’s as if a regular pizza decided to hit the gym, bulk up, and come out as the heavyweight champion of the pizza world. The crust is so thick, you could use it as a flotation device in case of an emergency. Every bite was like a mini marathon—I felt accomplished after devouring just one slice! The toppings were piled high like they were competing for a spot in the Guinness World Records, and the cheese pull? Let’s just say it was the stuff of Instagram legend. It was like a cheese slinky, stretching to lengths I never thought possible.
Now, the Turbo Cheese Sticks. Imagine cheesy garlic bread and mozzarella sticks had a baby, and that baby was raised by flavor gods. These sticks are like the superhero version of cheesy garlic bread, with a perfectly crispy crust on the outside that gives way to an avalanche of melted, gooey cheese. Each bite is a heavenly combination of garlicky goodness and cheesy perfection, with just the right amount of butter to make you wonder if you’re dreaming. And the aroma? You could bottle it and sell it as the world’s most irresistible perfume.
Overall, Jets Deep Dish Pizza and Turbo Cheese Sticks are the ultimate tag team of the pizza world. If you haven’t tried them yet, what are you even doing with your life? Get yourself a slice (or six) and a box of those turbocharged cheese sticks—you won’t regret it. Just be prepared to fall into a delightful food...
Read moreBuyer beware. Ordered delivery online from Jet's website and never received my pizza. I was quoted 730 pm delivery and didn't get it. I called at 825 pm looking for my pizza and was told it just left with the driver. 925 arrives, still no pizza. Called again and was told the driver "forgot my pizza." When I asked to speak to the manager, whos name is Cynthia, I was told because I ordered through door dash I would have to call door dash to find out where my pizza was. I tried explaining that I ordered my pizza on the Jet's website, but Cynthia is all knowing and argued with me about ordering through Door Dash still. She forgot to mention that if the store has no delivery drivers they use Door Dashers as their drivers. She then told me once the dasher picks up the pizza it's not their responsibility as to where the pizza goes. I tried to ask if my pizza was still at the restaurant or gone forever with random Door Dasher and Cynthia just hung up on me. No refund. No offer of another pizza. Absolutely nothing. Called the next day and that manager on duty gave me a store credit for the pizza I ordered and paid for already. Big thanks, sarcasm intended, for allowing me to eventually, maybe, receive a pizza I already paid for. Their customer service sucks. Guess when I venture out for my prepaid pizza I will definitely order for pick up. Hopefully Cynthia is not there cause she sounds like the type that spits in people's food. Whoever does the hiring or promoting definitely doesn't care about their staff's behavior. I wouldn't keep that lady around to...
Read moreI walked in to Jet's pizza thinking it would be a good different style pizza to have during the NCF Championship game last Sunday. I ordered a large Peperoni/mushroom, I was given an olive/Ham pizza. I called the store back to let them know I either was given someone else's pizza or a mistake was made. The first person I spoke with was apologetic and offered to either remake or refund the price, both reasonable offers. After being on hold a women said that I did in fact order an olive/ham pizza and the wont fix my mistake. Keep in mind I never asked for anything from them, their employee offered two options. After some discussion I said we would throw the pizza away (in the picture you will see why) and never visit Jet Pizza again. She responded with "that's perfectly fine with me, I dont care what you do with the pizza". Excellent customer service skills on display, what an excellent management training program they have. Bottom line the pizza was dry, overcooked and as you can see, not edible. It's like they had a pizza that wasn't picked up that they pawned off on us that was originally cooked much earlier in the day, this was an awful pizza, awful experience and I suggest that no one ever visit this store as the customer is the problem for them so just let them give you whatever pizza they want and shut up about it. Good thing there are so many quality pizzas available, as your not missing anything with this place other than aggravation and...
