If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered a large Thai milk tea. Mind you I’ve been drinking Thai tea for many years from many different places.Thai tea has a distinct bright orange color. I am very aware of what it should taste like and look like. When I got my drink I was surprised to see how it looked and that it did not have that bright orange look. Instead it just had a pale tan look to it. I was unsure so I tasted it and immediately knew I did not like it at all. It did NOT TASTE anything like Thai tea. I let them know I didn’t like it and did not want it so I was told I could throw it away in the trash that was located inside the store so they didn’t grab it once I already touched it. Then began to explain to me that their Thai tea is not made like other places. Instead of having good customer service and providing me with something different like most places do they wanted to charge me for a new drink. When I asked for a refund they told me they would have to refund my entire order then recharge me again for the other items. That would mean that I would have paid twice for items that I would not get my money back for two days. I walked out without a refund and no drink. I will not be returning and plan to call their corporate number. I have never left a review like this anywhere and been so unsatisfied with service.

Update** I guess I will repeat again that I have tried Thai tea from many different place and not once have I had this experience. As someone who is well traveled I understand that things will taste different where ever you may go. I have also mostly had Thai tea that DOES NOT use half and half and instead uses powdered since I guess I didn’t make that clear. I truly don’t like be made to look like a liar because I am NOT!!! I was not Offered a new drink at no charge. I was also not told I could get a new drink at no charge. When I told them I did not like it I place the drink on the counter. I was then told I could throw it away in the trash can located inside your store. When I asked what else they would recommend I have, it was added at the register and I was given a total to pay for. That does sound like a replacement drink to me. Regardless of what brought me in or not, since you felt the need to add the T-mobile promotion did encourage me to come but I also spent with a friend more money then the $3 coupon. So don’t try to make it seem like something otherwise. This was terrible customer service. The taste and way you guys make your Thai tea was not explained to me until after the fact that I had already paid and...

This 1 star goes to the communication style and attitude of the cute babyface cashier girl, who likes to play authority, or just having a bad day and decided to be difficult.

[What] We ordered two drinks. Then I found out a new Kung Fu Tea App user get a 3rd drink free, by scanning the QR code on the menu. We consulted the cashier girl what’s the next steps to redeem the promotion offering. She told us to download the app and link to a credit card. I followed along her instruction and get it all done in-front of the staff. The next thing we were told was, this offer does not work. Because the 3rd free drink will be put on a separate transaction. [So What] It’s BAD business. We are fine if you make it clear when people consult you for the promotion. Luckily I did not load any credit to the App, as the moment after I signed up, a data breach warning email was sent from Kung Fu Tea.

Incredible job on diminishing all the hard work from the rest of the staff, with an attitude,...

My family and I love Kung Fu Tea and we usually go to the Northfield location. The Mississippi location is closer to home so we chose to go this one instead. My daughter and I both got Milk Cap on our Milk Tea drinks and the milk cap absolutely ruined everything. It was extremely salty and greasy as if the milk had turned or whoever made the mixture added Salt instead of Sugar. My daughter and I felt sick and had to throw away our drinks and immediately drink water when we got home so that we didn't throw up. This isn't the first bad experience either. My wife and I had ordered through Dash Mart a week prior and the bobba and Lychee jelly tasted old as if it was the last of the batch or old. We'll definitely be sticking with the Northfield...

Wife and daughter ordered a Winter melon Green Tea and a Cocoa Cream wow today. Asked for 50% sugar on the Winter melon GT received 0% sugar. The drink is so bit reminds me of drinking old Chinese Herbal Medicine when I was a teenager. The Coca Cream Wow has no milk cap on top which I felt so strange as this drink is called cream wow for a reason. You can tell from the picture there’s no sign of milk cap once or ever. This is definitely the worst boba location in town now. Kung Fu tea’s name is like a joke with this kinda of quality. It feels like the waiter is using these awful drink as a method of kung fu throwing damage to my taste and brain for mental damage!

Went and got my usual drink, my green tea yakult with boba. The store is conveniently located and service is really great. Haven't tried any of the other drinks but the boba was soft and chewy and the got the sugar and ice level just the way I like it. Because of covid there wasn't indoor seating yet, but once it opens up it looks more spacious and had more seating available compared to some of the other locations. Since it shares the parking lot with Aki hot pot or Kim's bbq, it's a great desert drink to get to fulfill your sweet tooth.
