McDonald's — Restaurant in Aurora

I order there New Crunchy Chicken Spicy Sandwich Meal. I thought the meat would be like chickenfillet a big juicy breast..NOPE. first off it was thrown together sauce was spilled out side of bun n box it had shredded iceberg lettuce only a few shards ( like they got picked up from the floor the left over pieces) and 2 over red sorry warm squshy tomatoes a messy Sandwich! The sauce taste like VOMIT 🤢 so idk if that's the way or it was spoiled? The Chicken was a Rubbery oversized chicken nugget, but worse. I bit into it I bit nerve right away. I stopped after 1 bit, half a nibble. The chicken was compressed with who knows which parts of a chicken but sure not real breast just like how their chicken nuggests are compressed and mcspicy. It was NOT crunchy it was close to the consistency of A kfc regular chicken crust not crispy..A huge disappointed 😑. I wanted chickenfillet but they are closed Sundays so I tried something new as it looks like a breast and plump on the photos it's Not. All it is is a every part of a chicken other than breast pulverized and squirted out in a circle pattern boiled cooked then shaped rolled in some fake crust trying to be Crispy. No crunch at all it's just golden in color. Thousand island sauce is better than this vomit that was on mines. The fries I could smell the grease to me that oil needs to be changed out! Hungry left upset and unsatisfied will not try anything new from here again. I've pirchased in the past and been pleased with the Quater pounder meal, always that. I eat McDonald's like 6xs a year at most and Always get the same but I wanted to try some chicken yeah made a wrong decision today. I trashed everything but the soda. Future tips McDs sometimes humans try to mix everything and u can't. Some items need to be a good sauce or a good heat item not everything spicy with sauces mixes well. 8/4/23- got a call from headquarters since I filed a complaint with them about this location charging vastly higher prices then other local stores and they said they couldn't do anything at this point, and they need as many people as possible to send them complaints about the prices at this place before they can possible break the contract with the private owner. Everyone please send your complaints about this place to headquarters and boycott them until they price match for other locations in the Denver Metro area.

8/3/23- Again renewing my 1star rating of this place. They charged me $8.99 for a 20 piece nugget where other McDonald's charge $6 and change. This place way up charges on their food and the main McDonald's head quarters needs to investigate them. This place continues to be horrible and smashes McDonald's good name.

11/20/22- Renewing my 1 star rating of this place. Worker Siry was yelling at customers to go use the kiosk instead of wanting to take their order. At the kiosk you can not do special orders or ask questions. Kiosks are just for places that do not care about the customer's experience, and no one should ever have the right to just yell at people.

2020-Went with my mother to McDonalds today and when we got there their delivery truck was blocking all the handicap parking. This made me park far away from the door and forced my handicap mother to walk across a slippery parking lot because they had not cleaned it out. This creates an unsafe environment for people with disabilities and violates ADA law. When I told the lady who took our order, she said that they park there every day. This needs to change or McDonalds is not friendly to people with disabilities and is breaking the law since they are required to give safe access to all. I am so frustrated with people with no customer service working in customer service positions. Yes the decor is nice but when the manager himself lacks customer service I can't even blame your team for reacting the same. I went through the drive thru asked for the any size for a dollar drink, for any size I want the biggest large drink you have. Which was clearly stated. I asked for a large received a medium went back and asked the manager for a large he took the original drink emptied it out- he gave me the same exact cup size and gave me sweet tea without ice and he did so with so much sass. I feel defeated and embarrassed for the state of rude nasty people working for the people. Especially the ones such as managers in who you would hold to a higher standard. I don't care if it's McDonalds or a food truck, customer service should be your main priority when dealing with customers. I don't care if it's only a dollar- for my dollar I EXPECT TO RECEIVE WHAT I PAID FOR AND DESIRED. I wasn't rude or nasty, after I had left and returned and they gave me the same size cup as the medium, when all I wanted a large I couldn't even argue, I was completely done with such incompetence and unprofessionalism especially as a manager.
