Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Aurora

This was the worst experience I've had at pizza hut. I originally placed an online order and after an hour of waiting for delivery, I called to check in and get an ETA for my delivery as it was getting late. I was told that it would take another hour and a half to get the food delivered. I live 6 minutes away from pizza hut so instead of waiting another hour and a half I told the manager that I'd come and pick up my order.

I drive to the location and waited in the lobby for 15 minutes behind another customer who was already there waiting. There was no one at the front to greet us and all we heard was a bunch of what sounds like kids playing in the back and arguing over sauces. After the awkwardness the customer who was there before me screamed "excuse me" and someone yelled "we will be right with you". After about two minutes the manager came out. A short Mexican girl with long nails scratching all over her mouth without gloves. We ended up getting our orders and finally upon returning home we noticed that our food was cold and the bread sticks were burnt. The cinnamon sticks were so old and cold they split right in half when we tried to separate it.

I called to let the manager know how unsatisfied we were as our order had obviously been sitting there for over an hour waiting to be delivered before I went to pick it up. She then put me on hold for over 10 minutes and gave evey excuse why the food wasn't cold and why it wasn't burnt. I asked her if she'd like me to bring the food back and she declined. She said there isn't anything she could do. I asked her for her name and she hung up the phone in my face. I called back a few times to collect the name of the store manager however they kept picking up the phone and hanging it up. I would defined not recommend this place to anyone. Very poor...

I usually give this place 5 stars, as I eat here often. That's why I was recently confused when I had went to the store to pick up my online order and they told me they had canceled my order. I understood for whatever reason they didn't carry the promotion Pizza the square rectangle dip Pizza. So I told the customer service representative that I would go ahead and just order another Pizza. This was all at 9:04 p.m. when my pizza should have been roughly ready. Now I had to wait for another Pizza which was fine the guy told me he would let me know as soon as it was ready I was in the front parking lot waiting and waited over 57 minutes didn't get a reminder of it being ready. The online order should have been ready roughly around 9:04 p.m. the time now is almost after 10:05 p.m. when I finally got my pizza roughly and I'm outraged and probably won't ever eat here again just saying. The gentleman that was helping me out at horrible customer service I mean absolutely horrible and I work in this area so. The lady with the blue hair help me out with getting the pizza finally. She had amazing customer service. When I came back in to pick up my pizza after I had been waiting in the parking lot for over 45 minutes the doors make a bell sound when you walk in and nobody helped me out for over 15 minutes as I was standing in the lobby until the lady came out from the back to finally help me out. I had to open the door again to get the attention of the people to let them know that I was inside the building. I mean it was horrible I waited over an hour on an order that should have been ready for me to pick up that's the only thing I'm mad about is why even order online if it's not going to be ready for me when I go to pick it...

Quite possibly the worst pizza hut I have had in the entire country, Quite possibly the worst overall pizza place I have experienced in the country... PERIOD.

I have ordered from here on 3 different occasions. Once I walked in and ordered a p'zone, Was handed it and it was cold and had barely any toppings in it. It was cheese and crust.

The second order was 2 Alfredo pasta's for delivery. It took over an hour for the food to arrive when I live a 5 minute drive away. The food arrived cold, and overall just not good. A frozen meal from the store closer to me would have been more appealing and $12 cheaper.

The third order was the other night and this was hands down the WORST experience with this store yet. It EASILY took over an hour to get my food, when again, I live a 5 minute drive away. The pizza arrived COLD and the cheese congealed together on the top. I ordered contactless delivery and the driver STOOD AT THE DOOR until I answered it and then forced me to sign the reciept with the pen he was holding. His mask wasn't on properly, he didn't have latex gloves on when handling my box or handing me the receipt I didnt want to sign... Overall this place is a mess. It says "Hiring managers" on the front of the store and at this point they just need a whole new staff because I highly doubt a new manager will be able to get the workers out of the habits they have created.

This store is trash. Their food is trash. Their practices are trash. & no amount of negatives reviews on my orders seem to do anything so I was left with no option.
