This is the third time I've bought Red Robin at this location this year due to convenience. Now mind you I'm not the kind to pick apart food industry these days but... gourmet burgers they are no longer. This was one of my favorite chain burger restaurant locations. Over the years I have eaten at Red Robin's in multiple states and this location on Havana is hands down the worst. The burgers have not only grown smaller but they're now flavorless echoes of what once made Red Robin a dream to go to. The fries these past few times were soggy limp garbage. I've attempted to give them another chance and again there were a limp 7 fries included with my meal. 7... Mushy..."steak's fries. In the era of skyrocketing food costs I get 7 fries with my un-Gourmet burger? Are you kidding me? Mind you I have shared my disappointing experience with the claimed "store" manager before and it has fallen on deaf ears. Thus, here you go, here on Google for you all to see. The food we picked up from the, again, rude and pushy hostess more interested in her phone than her job was $70 with tip (which I'll not be paying tips here ever again IF we ever return due to this egregious treatment -3rd time we seen to be an inconvenience to luck up our food-) and it was over cooked under prepped. If you have a choice in eating ANYWHERE near this location go to any other place but this Red Robin. No one who works here cares about the customer (except for a very nice waitress who happened by at the time and was VERY nice and helpful) or what they are making and leadership is either failing or didn't care because they have kept the same failed staff for over 6+ apparently months since it's the same issues and it shows in their lack of quality in service for and lack of courtesy. I'll never be eating at this location EVER again and neither should ANY ONE. AVOID HAVANA/Aurora-Denver Colorado RED ROBIN. I'll be sure to share my dissatisfaction to everyone I get the chance to. Without serious attention to their attitude and actions towards customers and service and quality this place is not worth spending any time...
Read moreI've gone to a few in my life and they always have that chain feel like olive garden... this trip however was absolutely terrible. Starts out by us choosing the bar over the main dining area. The tables were a little dirty but a waitress wiped them up quickly. Our waitress asked for our drink order and delivered my water and husbands soda in an okay amount of time but I was still waiting on a sangra. This was the last time we saw her. It took another waitress delivering my sangra to realize our waitress abandoned our table and took our order. Our visit pretty much swirled down hill from here. Our App, Pretzel bites came out hot BUT with a puddle of grease in the basket, literally like an inch deep of grease. We sent it back, waitress apologized and took it off the bill, great. They were out of Salmon for the burger I ordered and I switched to the Southern charm? I honestly couldn't tell you what it tasted like besides weak bbq sauce, this thing was swimming in it. The bacon was paper thin and both of the burgers had the slight after taste of charcoal, not the good home grilled kind either. Our fries were cold by the time the burgers came out, we also sat without food much longer then others who sat down after us. It took entirely took long for someone to say they were out of Salmon as well. So needless to say, we won't be back and seriously suggest anyone taking the time to read this to just go across the street to Freddie's. Your kitchen staff...
Read moreRed Robin has often left my culinary sensibilities quite indifferent. However, my recent visit to this establishment introduced me to a revelation that I had not anticipated - the Whiskey River BBQ Wrap.
In a world filled with mediocrity, the Whiskey River BBQ Wrap soared above the mundane. It was a symphony of flavors, a harmonious blend of tender grilled chicken, crisp lettuce, and the pièce de résistance - that delectable whiskey-infused barbecue sauce. The smoky notes of the whiskey danced upon my palate, a rich and captivating flavor that left me pleasantly surprised.
But, my dear readers, the true revelation lay in the accompaniment - the Bottomless Fries. The notion of infinite fries may seem banal, but when paired with the mesmerizing Campfire Sauce, it became an experience worth celebrating. The fries, crispy and perfectly seasoned, dipped into the creamy, smoky Campfire Sauce, created a synergy of flavors that was nothing short of extraordinary.
In that moment, I was transported to a place where culinary innovation and simplicity coexisted harmoniously. Red Robin's Whiskey River BBQ Wrap and Bottomless Fries with Campfire Sauce have left me with a newfound respect for this establishment. It is a testament to the fact that even in the most unexpected of places, one can discover a culinary gem that can awaken the senses and satisfy the soul. Bravo, Red Robin, for this unexpected...
