Can't give it a zero, would if I could. Don't go to this McDonalds if you want your order correct as this seems to be impossible at this location. Briefly, I've lived in this area for alittle over four years and I gotta admit I've always liked McDonalds food, in fact I'm a MickyD's fast food junkie from way back. This place also just happens to be the closest McDonalds to me. But I'm in something of a quandary as this location never gets it right, ever, (In all honesty they have, but...). I noticed within the first six months to a year of living here that it seemed that this location always was wrong...and I mean always. So being the anal retentive person that I am I decided to keep track of the issues and how many times they had an issue. The results so far has even surprised me. In the three years or so that I've kept track I have listed 65 visits, out of that I can only count SEVEN visits that I can say did not have some sort of an issue. I decided to break the issues down into three categories, 'A' being a problem that was an inconvenience (no napkins, condiments, straws in the drive thru, not being given a receipt, minor stuff like that.) 'B' category is you order being incorrect or missing items and 'C' being the worse and this category covering issues like being lied to, treated rudely, health code violations or multiple issues in the same visit and items of that nature. As I mentioned, the results surprised me, 7 - No Issues 6 - Category A's 24- Category B's 28 - Category C's (in all fairness the vast majority of this category being the result of multiple issues in one visit) That's technically a 90% fail rate, even if you take out the category A's, that still an 80% fail rate. You may ask why did I keep going back, two reasons, one it's close and I just about always check now and usually go inside and two, straight out curiosity. (Just how bad can they be...currently they have a twelve "B's & C's" run going. ) I've filled out the survey via the net from the info on their receipt, sometimes detailing what I witnessed or experienced or listed multiple items. (Don't think anyone pays any attention to those to be honest because I've asked to have someone contact me and it's never happened about that store. ) I've spoken to a couple of the assistant managers briefly about this and even told them I'd be willing provide them with the information from my spreadsheet so they may be able to extrapolate some sort of information from it. Waste of time, I've asked that the manager call me, don't got time. I've even been in the store with a neighbor or two a couple of times who have also tried to let them know that they have similar problems, to no avail. Believe it or not, I've actually been involved in a couple conversations about this location and how bad it is on getting the order right with people from the neighborhood. Frankly I don't know what to say about this place other than it is the absolute worse McDonalds I've ever been to. From the reviews about this place I see I'm not alone in my opinion. Read moreNot only did i have to wait 1 hour to get my food when I went to go ask when my order will be served they said that they served it to us already and when I showed them the receipt and said I've been waiting 50 min, they said, "oh you should have come up to us earlier to ask we get thing wrong here we make mistakes" I informed her that I didn't wanna inturupt them because they are very busy and I was expecting my food to be delivered to my table because that's the system they having going on (the new numbers that you give to them and then place on your table) and she repeated and said well you should have still come up to us and asked earlier. Now I believe i shouldn't have had to ask in the 1st place. Now they were making my food and they gave me the bag and said I think this is yours I looked in the bag and the order was half missing and I said we are missing half the order and they misplaced my receipt. 10 min later I got all my food so after an hour of confusion I was able to eat. Now i asked nicely if there was anyway I could get a discount or something just out of courtesy for having to wait an hour for my food and then get only half my order until they finally gave it all to me and the lady said no you cant because that's up to the manager and you have to talk to her. Instead of saying I'll ask the manager I'm sorry you had to wait so long (keep in mind that they got more than 20 orders done my receipt was #270 and they got all the way up to #293 before mine was delivered to me) she said we can't do that I'm sorry talk to the manager. The least she could have done is said I'll bring the manager over. So to summarize not only did i have to wait an hour, I had to ask them where my food was and they said it should have been done then they gave me only half my order until 10 min later they gave me the rest, they said i should have made them aware of the situation earlier and basically reversing the blame on me rather than the miscommunication the staff had, they didn't even give me free fries or a drink which are a dollar!!! Not even a sorry from an employee or more importantly a manager. A long time ago at this same location I remember once I ordered a smoothie and they accidently made the wrong flavor they allowed me to keep the drink and also I got a new drink and a discount card and most importantly I got a sorry from the manager; that's the type of customer service I expected today (Fri. Read moreWe experienced the worst customer service ever. I’m not sure what’s going on, but your manager has zero customer service personality. My daughter ordered the food on your mobile app she push the lane 7 number that she was at for pickup she waited, and nobody ever came out with her food so she unloaded my grandchildren and asked about her food and the manager said you did something wrong that she did not choose a stall my daughter replied with yes I chose lane 7 she at that point told my daughter that its her fault and as a resolution she told my daughter to re-order her food and pay again . I daughter tried to show her the charge on her bank account the lady was very RUDE and told her that she did not pay for her order and at that point my daughter was crying my two grand children were crying they were hungry this manager had no empathy no resolution for the situation my daughter called me crying that was her last 30.00 and this lady was rude. I went up there and the lady would not listen she was on the defense Going on about her way instead of trying to deal with this and trying to figure out a solution she looked on her phone and said she did not pay. I will be happy to forward you the charge along with the dispute. But some thing needs to be corrected and maybe your Manager at the store need more customer service training. I asked for the owner’s number she refused to provide it. One of the other employees provided me with s -mail and apologized and said that the manager is always mean to the customers ..
