June 8, 2025 This was the first time that I entered this location right here and I wonāt be going back. Any other time that Iāve ordered I went through DoorDash and they brought the food to my job. The food was always good and fresh and that was the point of me thinking maybe Iāll stop in person for a change. I literally just stood there for a few mins and the guy kept dumping more food so he never once bothered to say just a moment, Iāll be right with you, or nothing and then a couple of other customers walked up. Heās laughing joyfully talking to them so out the door I went. Iāll tell others to be sure to take caution when going to this location because it looks like they may only want to help certain people. Iāve worked in the restaurant industry, fast food industry, and I get it. It is tough when itās busy but rule of thumb is you always acknowledge people rather itās with a smile Smile, rather itās just with a gesture, a comment. You give some type of acknowledgment because if not if you keep walking past the customer, it says to them that you really donāt give a damn and thatās fine to feel that way. Store was closed due to roaches and then they reopened and roach problem was still apparent. I seen them for myself but more then that, I heard the employees discussing it which brings me to another point. The most unprofessional team I have ever seen in my life. Employees being reprimanded on the front end. Unprofessional. Management seem to not know how to run the store but power-trip in front of customers. Team leads canāt even lead themselves. No one understands conflict resolution or taking care of the customers needs. Slow as molasses. Food more often dry and unappetizing than not. Dirty uniforms and restrooms. Bottom line, this restaurant needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Btw, the health department must be getting a kickback from them because if I as a customer can see the dirt, rodents and filth⦠then I have no earthly idea why the restaurant is still open....

The Chicken Teriyaki was perfectly cooked, not overcooked like so many do. The Kung Pao Chicken was a really near perfect flavor I rarely get anywhere. And the shrimp in the Firecracker Steak and Shrimp was delicately cooked to the point that the shrimp flavor was amazing. As a side note, they called a friend of mine after we left. It turned out someone there recognized me from acting in a Vacation Bible School and noticed I had left my jacket.
