I recently had a highly disappointing experience with the customer service at this establishment. I ordered a new beverage called an "Orange Cloudsicle Slush Float." Not knowing the exact name, I referred to it as "the orange cloudsicle drink." After a little more than a 5-minute wait without anyone saying anything, I received my food, but my drink was missing. When I inquired about it, the attendant LIZ closed the window without a word.
Upon returning, she handed me a Fanta Slush. I politely informed her that I had ordered the drink with ice cream and the little balls, and this didn't look right. Her response was curt and unprofessional, insisting that I had ordered incorrectly. I clarified that I had asked for the "orange cloudsicle drink" and didn't know that would be translated to a Fanta Slush. Her tone remained unfriendly as she told me I needed to specify "float" in the future, even though I had not mentioned "slush" or Fanta at any point.
Given her unprofessional behavior, and getting tired of arguing about how I ordered, I requested a refund. She slammed the window shut, disappeared for a minute, and then handed me the correct Orange Cloudsicle Slush Float without a word.
I reviewed the interaction on my dash camera and confirmed that I never mentioned "slush." The attendant was not only rude but also incorrect in her assertions. Despite my polite demeanor, she lectured me on how to order properly, even though I had not even made a mistake.
To add to the frustration, the drink tasted awful. I was told how good it was by my friends so I ordered it again at a different location. I realized that she had made it with an excessive amount of orange syrup, making it undrinkable. It seemed like this was done deliberately.
I felt compelled to share this experience due to the extreme rudeness and lack of professionalism displayed by the staff member. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when the customer is not at fault and has a video of the entire transaction!!

Read moreI ordered on the app and once I got to the location the app instructs to type in what kiosk or stall you parked in to be taken your order. I try plugging the number in the app but I keep getting errors so I decided to just buzz in on the stall to tell them I'm here. A rude younger girl says something incoherent then I ask her to repeat that since I couldn't understand and I get completely ignored. I move to a different stall since maybe that stall had an issue and buzz in again and the same rude girl responds and asks what my name is in an aggressive manner so now I'm getting upset. She demands I go to the front door to pick my order up. I have never been to this location until today and when aI sked where is the front door she says "in the front" clearly trying to be demeaning and make me feel stupid. I ask again where is the front, and she then peaks out of the window and points. I go over to the "front door" and open it only to realize it's the kitchen and I get water from them cleaning their floors swept onto my feet. She then demands I sign a receipt with no signature indicator and gets angry at me for handing me the incorrect order. I tell her that isn't my order, yes same name, but not the right order. She then gives me attitude and walks away to grab someone probably a higher position than her and the older Latina lady fixed everything and apologized for the issues and them messing up my order and not having it ready.

I received a text about half price shakes all day yesterday went there around 630 to order the girl told me they wouldn't honor the text because the system was messed up ans asked me to pay full price i told her I have a text saying that you'll honor it and then she said mam the shakes will be half price after 8 do you still want the shakes i said only for half price can i show you the text and she said i told you only after 8 and deleted my order i drove around to the window finally after 2 minutes ta guy came and said she didn't know about the text and offered to make the shakes at half price after getting home my husband found a plastic bag in his shake he called restaurant they told him that they would make it right and refund entire order took the receipt and only refunded him 2.00 the entire order was more then that. And they wouldn't give him back the receipt. The people there deserve to be fired and we deserve our money back if they are trying to choke us by putting plastic bags in our drinks then we deserve much more then a full refund and god only knows if they spit in our drinks. We were just trying to redeem an offer we received by text we dont deserve to be disrespected or our lives compromised by having foreign objects put in our drinks.
