LivWell visit 8/29/24 @ 11:08, Craig Mardick my bud tender and GM. He was obviously inconvenienced or upset by my visit, curt and not friendly. I said I wanted a disposable cart. He asked which one and gave three verbal examples. I said I don’t know what those are. He was upset that I didn’t know what exactly I wanted. He asked if I wanted a 1/2 or whole. Brought over one option and said it was OG. Said I would be getting $10 back based on the card purchase. Asked if it was ok if no bag and put a sticker on my product and sent me on my way. I wasn’t given the itemized receipt so I was worried if it was faulty then I couldn’t get help. When I got to my car I realized he didn’t give me change so I went back in to get it. He was notably shaken when I was let back in and I said we forgot the change. I left and in the lobby realized he only gave me part of it. I was let back in and he was shaking this time, and I said I thought he said $10 but this is only $6.50, so he took the $6.50 and gave me $10, again notably either inconvenienced or ticked off. I had asked if I could put a tip on the card, he said no can’t tip me bc I’m a manager and it would mess up my bonus, but you can cash tip the other bud tender if I wanted. Read moreI have actually been buying at that store for over a year and the gentleman Tevon today July 26th at 9 at night I went to buy something and I showed him a picture and he showed me one that wasn't it and I told him right away. Then he looked for another one and he told me that it was it and I was confident that it was because I always buy there. Before leaving the store I noticed that it wasn't the one I told him about either. He sold me the one he wanted and it was at a price too. My brother and my partner have also had the same thing happen to them with that guy, it's not fair that this keeps happening. Besides, he always has a bad face and he doesn't serve customers well. This isn't the first time, it's happened several times with the same guy named Tavon, what a bad worker and always puts a face to the customers and sells what he wants, not what one asks for. Read moreThe people in charge at this place will run it into the ground. this location had good customer service, decent prices and then they started to increase the pricing 3 or 4 times this year. so first they say the quality will improve but first you need to pay more so we can burn out our stock. then they say its so we can have more types. so now the truth, the quality went from an averge above 22% down to an averge of 17.5%. still only carrying only 1 strain at a time, the stems got bigger which means less actual smokeable, add in seeds and drying strings and now your not even getting what your paying for. when i complained the manager says sorry new owners. Oh and a week later they raise the prices again. so now the averge shake oz is 98$ and most likely going up again on price. btw got the very same strain and quality at another shop for 66$ out the door. As for the employees at this location they where great. sadly my service dogs and me will not be returning to this company as their greed in these times is just unreal.
