The staff were really friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food was just not tasty. I got the Shoyu, and they overloaded on pepper, salt, and some other seasoning that made it to where I couldn't taste anything else beyond those three things and it made me gag. Plus their milk tea boba had a very strange, grainy/foamy texture that made it hard to stomach, I've never had milk tea that had such a texture.

There are other places where you can get much better tasting Shoyu Ramen, and for less money. In fact, considering the quality of the food, and the fast-food environment inside, this place is just way...

We drive by this place often and decided to stop by. I ordered the Spicy Miso Chicken Ramen and you can definitely tell the chicken was previously frozen and had the grill marks painted on it. The corn and arugula were a little different and didn’t compliment it. The noodles weren’t thay great either. My brown sugar milk tea was 5/5 very sweet I’d go back for that only. I won’t order the food again. If you’re looking for an authentic true ramen I highly recommend “Uncle” ramen it’s in downtown area. This place isn’t it for us. The service was fast and friendly....

The food was quite good! Good portion size, good value. Their dinnerware was really cute and durable. Food was ready in a reasonable time (we ordered pick up).

Regarding pick up ordering though, a few issues. When I called to place my order, the worker answered the phone "hello". I was unsure if I had called the appropriate place I was trying to. Also, no expectation time for order to be ready was conveyed (I had to call back in order to get this information).
