Today I went out for some lunch with my 94-year-old mother. We decided on Chick-fil-A… We always love Chick-fil-A because it’s a great fast option that always tastes good, which is great for an impatient 94-year-old. But we were terribly disappointed when we went to this Chick-fil-A. We were hoping for just a quick stop into the drive-through, but it turned into something much longer and more painstaking. We ordered in the drive-through and then sat in the line for about five or six minutes until we got to the window to receive our food but when we got there, they gave us our drinks and asked us to park in front of the building and wait for our food, so we did as they said. We pulled around to the front of the building and waited for our food and as the time kept passing we started to wonder why we saw other people in the parking lot receiving their food, but hadn’t received ours yet. We waited for almost 15 minutes in the parking lot until my mother and I got so impatient that I decided to go inside and ask them where our food was. When I got inside, no staff seemed to know where our food was until someone found it and they said “oh I found it” as if they had lost it and didn’t know where it was to begin with. Once I was finally handed my food after a 20 minute ordeal, we were not offered any sort of compensation or apology. I left feeling more angry than I did when I got there, and I am seriously considering never going to that Chick-fil-A again. So much for fast food. The only reason we went there is because the one by Southlands was closed. Now what will I do! I am terribly disappointed. Chick-fil-A, do better. I’ll be going to...
Read moreThis location couldn’t get an order right if their lives depended on it! We frequent Chick-fil-A drive thru on gymnastics nights and I’ve given this location 2 tries. 1st time they just flat out put the wrong food in the bag and I didn’t check before leaving the window (I assumed someone would Q/A the order before sending it out the window, the receipt had exactly what I ordered on it.) By the time you’re home you don’t want to have to go back out to pickup what you actually ordered. 2nd chance, unjustified long waits with only 3 cars in DT, food not ready when we did get to the window so we were asked to pull around front and someone would bring our food out when ready (with the wait time we thought they were out buying the chicken fresh) and when they did bring it out, wait for it…..full order wasn’t even in the bag! When I told the manager their location was horrible when it comes to accuracy, his response was, “I wouldn’t say we’re horrible” then a female employee (appeared to be some level of leadership as well) told him to “just go on to the next customer.” Just WOW! Not the attitude or service expected from a Chick-fil-A. Go over to the Crown Crest location and learn from them. 100%...
Read moreNot sure what's happening with this location but won't be back. This was always my preferred Chik-fil-A. Service was stellar, food was done correctly and the people working here were friendly. I've stuck with them through CoVid and lack of staff. They just don't seem to care anymore. This is the third time ordering through the app with no curbside service. I waited in the drive through for 1/2 hour, confirmed my order over the speaker stressing extra pickles on the side of the sandwich, not ON the sandwich, please and thanks so much. After being out for an hour to specifically go to this restaurant, I get home to a handful of pickles on the sandwich and a pickle juice pasty bun. Look, save the half jar of pickles. They and the bun went in the garbage, along with the pickles on the side. 3rd time happening, strike 3, you're out. Many other places to eat. Wasted my time and money for disappointment and aggravation. Oh, and when I asked at the window if they were short staffed, I was told it was slow. Not sure if that meant they didn't have staff because they consider it to be a slow time or if the staff is actually just slow. Either way, not...
