Market Square at Mississippi and Havana Shopping Center — Local services in Aurora

It's now been a month and I have no response from owner or the email prime. I've written them 4 times and left many reviews. My bill came due, so I had to pay it even though att owes me $666 or lose service and take a hit on my credit. I understand all I can do is keep leaving bad reviews on all the review boards , have written the BBB. If the owner really is all about customer happiness and there staff really does give you the best recommendation for, considering I went in for help on my insurance claim and left with a new 3 year contract still owing 1700 for a phone and the $666 I gave to pay off my phone taken and no credit given anywhere it's just gone, if you're really about that I be glad to speak with you in person or anyone that can help. Otherwise you advertisements and mission statement is just bologna . Marketing lies.

7 months later and I now have hired an attorney Mark Bryant. Thanks for nothing and contrary to your words there is no help or support from this non BBB accredited non AT&T owned store. No accountability whatsoever. What ever anybody does do not go to this store as they will not help you in your best interest. All the good reviews...

I was basically harassed by the security guard who seemed to be under the influence of alcohol because I didn't take plastic bags I unloaded the hand cart into my backpack she felt I was taking too long and stood 2 feet from my face as I was bent over I asked her to please move back she refused until I quoted the governor's mandate of six feet ma'am ! She became aggressive in her stature and would not back off until I raised my voice I've never been treated so disrespectful at a King Soopers in my life I think it's very unfortunate that she represents that company if that capacity my name is Jeffrey Brady and I was disrespected and harassed by the security guard at that I am appalled I will not go back to the King Soopers because of it . In a pandemic I had to raise my voice to the security guard to get my allotted mandated space by law. I had a receipt I had done my shopping I shop at King Soopers regularly all over the city I've never been harassed and tell her I don't know her name , but she was working at approximately 5 : 45 pm , she was underwear towards of alcohol as far as I...

If any of you have been to this little corner of Aurora most of you know that it's supposed to be the Super Store in idea and inventory but jammed into subcompact area. To be honest I am mainly speaking of the King Soopers store and parking lot. The Isle between the cash registers and the items is so small that it's hard to Go One Direction or another without stepping or running over somebody's toes. And don't even try the social distancing that will have to be something inventive to stand in line. As always the store personnel are nice and accommodating at least to myself. I guess it's kind of interesting I have a Infinity taste for the lemon flavor of the Noosa Yoghurt they've got and I have asked repeatedly if they could put it on a lower Shelf. It's on the very top shelf and I either have to wait for somebody to come help or take my chances by standing up and getting it myself. So I hope somebody from the store is reading this and can make that change I would greatly appreciate...
