Iām a beginner runner with a little bit of knowledge from magazines, internet, and tri-team members & friends who are runners. With less than 100 miles of experience running over the last 6 weeks I have a little bit of data specific to my running experience and a whole lot of questions.
Lizzie was AMAZING! She took the time to listen to my questions and engage with me finding a solution like a best friend rather than a sales person. I never felt like a ābeginnerā runner, I just felt a part of the running community because of her warm welcome, encouragement & and excitement to hear about me doing my first triathlon later this year.
I left with more than compression sleeves, socks & shoes. I left with confidence to run & a pocket full of runners resources like apps, playlists, info about workshops coming up.

First of all, he started off the conversation with telling me that I wonāt be able to find any shoes unless Iām willing to pay more money. He doesnāt ask me what I like or what bothers me with my shoes he just grabs random shoes for me to try on and doesnāt even bring my size. I finally find a pair to which he had to order then he calls me three days later to tell me that they were unable to actually place the order. My card was charged for almost $300 for shoes that I was not able to get. I go back into the store so that he can issue me a refund he never once apologized or even explained what the mishap was about. I will never waste my time nor recommend any of my friends or family to go to this...
