I have what's called ragweed food allergy syndrome. What that means is I'm allergic too most all foods that are related to trees and grass. If I eat something I'm allergic to, I go into severe anaphylactic shock with my face swelling and throat closing. If not treated immediately with Epinephrine, I could die. If you're still reading, you can easily imagine how hard it is to eat out. I've had panic attacks trying to try new places out. I came to this particular Subway because while they aren't always excited about it, it's usually easy to get Subway staff to change their gloves and clean their counters. They can't reallu refuse you when you're standing their watching them. Anyway, the boy working the line accidentally messed up my sandwich with cross contamination. Before I even had to speak, he immediately stopped what he was doing, changed his gloves, and made me a fresh, safe lunch. Read moreI come here regularly just because it’s close to my house but I am considering going to another subway at this point. Each time I have come in the evening hours, employees are always mentioning that systems are down and they don’t have any food out to make sandwiches. The young man during the day time seems to need additional training. He always takes forever to make orders and talks way too much to even focus on making the orders. He is always telling customers that he’s new and doesn’t know what he’s doing but he has been here a couple of months already. Why is the manager leaving an unprepared employee on his own to the point that he is vocal with customers telling him that he’s new and doesn’t know everything yet? Food is always good but managers need to spend more time on shift with the newer folks to make sure they’re good to be alone...
Read moreNice place it was very clean and had a friendly staff. I was greeted as I walked in the door which is always a great start. As I was ordering my favorite sandwich the turkey cali club, I was helped by Darren. He was very nice and asked what I wanted I told him and he was pretty quick to make my sandwich, I was very impressed on how fast and but still precise and paid attention to detail and me the customer, always asking me everything was how I wanted it to be. I was then help by Josh at the register who was super nice and generous to give a military discount. And also told me to do a survey on the receipt to get free cookies on my next visit. All in all this was a great store to decide to come to today. So if you have had a bad experience with this place in the past try to give it another shot because Darren and Josh both did a great job...
