My husband and I used to like this location but after today we are more then sure to use a different location.
First we placed a phone order and come to pick up our food. We ordered a 15 piece combo of boneless wings with large fries, 2 sides of ranch and told the lady through the phone if we could only have one drink. We get there and the guys that took our payment goes over the order and when he said 2 drinks my husband told him that when he placed his order he told him he only needed one drink and the lady said they would replace it with a large instead of 2 drinks. Well this guy decides to argue with my husband a bit and then finally says I can give you a large instead. While my husband was filling his drink and I check the order and the fries are missing, which then was an easy fix because they then got us the fries. Then we get home and are getting ready to eat and we open the box and see that they did not give us boneless wings but classic and we were like we will just eat them but then we see that instead of 15 there was about 10 so not even close to what we paid for. We spend a good 10 minutes calling and trying to get someone on the phone. We finally get someone on the phone and explained what happened. Then we hear in the background the guy that helped us out saying oh it is something about the soda which had nothing to do with what we calling for. We ended up having to go back, take the food so they can give us a new order and get refunded the difference. Then we still had to wait for our food to be ready. This was a really inconvenience, a waste of time and almost a waste of money. They really disappointed us...
Read moreI would give them less than one if that was an option. Placed an order for pick up and was quoted 15 minutes. Showed up and still waited about 20 more minutes. Several others were also waiting and were unhappy about the long wait. When someone complained the manager laura told the cashier they were quoting times wrong, but was rude and degrading in front of customers. She also dismissed the customer and walked away while they were still speaking to her. I got my order drove 15 minutes home, to find I was missing 1/2 my order. I called and was refused a refund and told the manager had left.They offered I could come pick up the wings they forgot. But to drive there and back would be another 30 minutes to feed my family cold wings!!! Not to mention I would have to drag my infant who needed to nurse back out in the cold. I called the number on the website and made a compliant, I requested a call back. Never received a call back or refund. I paid for wings I never got. I will not return! Not the way to retain...
Read moreI am more then happy to follow rules and with the pandemic I know its hard on businesses, but me and my boyfriend went to this store and we entered and was told only one person and we followed their directions, we had some card issues and when i tried to go back and finish my order I notice 2 not one but 2 other customers in there and when they left i noticed one was not wearing a mask and the other barley wearing theirs, now thats not my business but I asked my boyfriend to come in and help my if my problem proceeded, we go in and immediately get yelled at for both being in there and when trying to get a explanation was further told about the rules and everything even though we both were wearing our masks and simply trying to get the food I had been craving for a week, I did not want to deal with it further so we left and will not be coming back. I just wanted some good food and now I have a nasty taste in my mouth, so thanks yall for ruining...
