I really like Woody's Wings.. And I live in these United States of America. There ain't too much else that can beat some good ol' Buffalo Hot Wings with Ranch (or Bleu Cheese- but to each their own). Woody's Wings are just so damn TASTY... but wait, they don't offer ranch with the wings? Not even a little? I have to pay 2 bucks extra for ranch (after I'm already paying 20 bucks for 15... Wings)? Hold up a sec. What kind of place charges extra for ranch... with buffalo wings? Especially considering it is a HOT WING joint, exclusively. Ok I realize Ranch isn't necessarily commonplace to eat with chicken in general... but with wings? In America?!? I coulda sworn these things went hand in hand.. and 2 bucks extra for good measure (for 2 ranch's admittedly- but we'll need them both for 15 wings). At least 1 little ol thing of ranch should be on the house.. Or 1 per 10 wings... or something similarly logical. Talk about nickel-and-dimin'..... except it's 2 dollars and dime... actually $2.09 to be exact.... SEPARATE credit card transaction (the 1st being my purchase of the wings) - given my initial presumption was that Ranch always comes with wings, but I believe I mentioned this already........... Thats like ordering a hamburger or hotdog but being charged extra for the bun. Or the ketchup. Or mustard. 2 bucks? You might possibly be sayin "Hey dude. Calm down. It's only 2 bucks" In which I would immediately retort, "Exactly my point. It's just Ranch!" Shameful really. Let us have ranch with the wings!UNAMERICAN I tell ya! This sucks because now I might hesitate to return... and I really like Woody's wings.
In summary, 3 stars. Because I like Woodys Wings, but they don't give you ranch with your wings... gotta pay extra....
Read moreI went in to Woody's last night to place it to go order for dinner. If you've been here you know there's a wait always to get your food. However my order was taking longer than expected due to my Wings needing to be redropped. However I was not told that this is why my order was taking longer So I inquired to the lady at the front counter as to why the delay
She must have been having a really bad day because she Responded with a lot of attitude and affect
( we won't even go into she was rude to my friends as well Because they packaged her order for dining in. And it was to go, and she asked them to make it to go.)
I let her know that her attitude was not necessary As she threw my food at me basically across the counter
She then proceeded to SCREAM at me and become very aggressive as if she wanted to physically get into an altercation
I asked for the manager as she proceeded to go in the back and continue to scream so loud that I could hear all the way at the front in the register indicating the manager wasn't going to.to.anything and other wild words
The manager Mr Graham refused to come to the front having another employee tell me he would call me last night
I agreed because I thought the best thing to do, Would be to give them an opportunity to resolve the matter.
However I was not contacted - big surprise as he let his employee act a plumb fool.
I definitely will be following up with this with the owner of this establishment. As I took pictures of all thier licenses. This behavior was unacceptable, violent and borderline illegal as it is a crime to scream and be threatening towards people

Read moreMy daughter and I went back to Woody’s wings this past Saturday, July 14. We had a waiter that was very polite however when the food came neither my daughter nor I were able to consume it. Their sauce has completely changed for the honey hot.. it is very liquidy and it just taste like melted down honey mixed in with Frank’s red hot... the garlic Parmesan... well it had shredded Parmesan on top but absolutely no flavor. We left our food as it was inedible and told the waiter that It was unfair that we had to pay for dinner that we were unable to consume and I did not feel that paying 25 or $26 however much it was for celery and carrots was appropriate. He gave us a lousy discount and my daughter became embarrassed so we left. I called back and spoke to a guy by the name of Joseph he claim to be the assistant manager. I told him what happened he said that no problem he would give me the refund because he agreed it was not fair. He stated that he would call me Sunday. Well it is now Monday afternoon and I finally had the misfortune of speaking to Brooke, the owner. She is nothing but rude, volatile, and downright nasty! She kept on talking over me...she laughed at me, and even said that maybe it was me that did not have taste buds. I mean seriously is this the way you speak to people that have been with you for over 20 years? I will absolutely never ever ever go there again! And as far as the refund apparently they need it more than I do. They should honestly use it to at least get some decent...
