I would avoid this location. Went last night and the girl at the counter was visibly annoyed that we were there and again that more people came in behind us. We already knew our orders and felt uncomfortable asking for samples, which was fine except when someone else at asked what size, she coldly said "small". She didn't ask what size we wanted and she didn't acknowledge us at all.
She served me a pretty melted pile of mess in a waffle cone and didn't even include all of slop she poured out on the slab, so in addition to paying for melty ice-cream, she didn't even include my full portion. The service was already so terrible it added insult to injury.
Thought we were going to have a great little treat before the start of the week to change things up but I see instead that for the trouble and the price, I'd rather just buy Blue Bell, serve myself cold ice cream and do so without a bad attitude.
This place needs better staff and/or training--- if three people are not enough people to close and support the late-night rushes that will inevitably come with summer then the manager needs to address that. If morale is so low that the sight of people coming in 20 minutes before close makes an employee feel the need to take it out on patrons, then management is also doing a terrible job fostering a good working environment. Read more**Edit: look at your other reviews for my same topic. You have several people complaining about the policing of the lobby. Serve the ice cream and make revenue or just shut down. I wish they had a 50/50 selection for reviews. The ice cream was great, a couple of employees were not so great.
I get its still Covid. Everyone has their own pace for returning to normal. At this store, we arrived and walked in. We have a party of 10. The front of our line started ordering when two loud mouth employees started yelling at everyone to obey the sign on the door. I didn't see a sign. For the next several minutes they both took turns directing the guests. I finally reminded them that they were adults talking to adults and didn't need to shout. If something needs to be corrected, come out and fix it. It was a power trip, bossing others around was more important than dishing ice cream.

We came in at 9:30, so the store was still open for another 30 minutes but the girl at the counter was SO annoyed when we walked in. Note that someone walked out when we got there and a group of people walked in right behind us so we weren’t the only ones there. We already knew what we wanted and just got two tiny cups with one flavor and one topping - they didn’t even mix them up! She just scooped in the ice cream to the cup and then scooped the topping on top. This defeats the whole purpose of going to this brand! They didn’t even hand us the ice cream or say anything to use when they were ready, they were placed on opposite sides of the counter so we had to walk in front of the people ordering to grab them, after we had already paid and out of line. My boys were so disappointed, we picked our movie time specifically so we could come by here afterwards and it was an absolute waste of money.
