Arby's — Restaurant in Austin

I'm homeless loo ife is difficult right now. Today 30 minutes ago I stopped in to eat and charge my phone while eating. Before I fully opened the second door someone stopped me and told me I had to leave. I asked if I could please order food I was told no and so I left. As I left a young kid walked in so I sat outside few minutes later he came out with food I asked if he was able to order food he said yes they let him order food... I will never eat at an Arby's again in my life. Please no gift cards free frostys etc you lost a customer. I understand the attitude of 1 store is not necessarily the attitude of the company... But you have to wonder when people are so quick to judge based on prejudice toward an individual’s status ... It's a hate crime to do that it's insane I just wanted to order pay for and eat some arbys. I tried the fish sandwich today (2 for $6) just to see what all the fuss is about how good it is compared with McDonalds Fillet O fish. The 'Turf War'. I ordered both the Crispy Fish and Fish n Chedder.

Nooo way is it better. I would definitely not waste my time on this. McDonalds Fillet O Fish is way better.

Arby's tartar sauce was a little sour, their fish breading is too crispy their cheese is way out of track. I can't even explain how incompatible the taste was. The cheese was oozing out but it just has a weird taste, more along the sweet side. Just very bad combination. The fish wasn't season either, not that i expect it to be seasoned, it just tasted blaaaa...

The only good thing about their sandwich is that it is soft, right at the center of the fish fillet. Other parts of the fish was flakey. The bread was ok but i prefer McDonalds bun better.

Overall, Arby's lost this war... McDonald's Fillet O fish...

I come here every so often by the drive through. Got two wrong orders twice in a row.

First, I ordered curly fries. Then on the drive home, I reach in the bag to eat one, and it's crinkle fries. Then I look at the receipt and it says crinkle fries.

Next, I ordered a number 1 combo, double beef and cheddar meal. Then I get home, open it up, and notice there's no cheddar anywhere. Then I look at the receipt and it says I ordered a number 2 combo.

I think it's their telecom system, it's ancient technology, it's hard to hear and it compresses/distorts speech like crazy. Maybe I have to yell at it. They also don't have a monitor that you can look at to check how they are inputting your order in real time.

Every other time though, maybe six other times, my orders have been...
