ARTURO’S TACOS — Restaurant in Austin

This is my son’s favorite Arturo’s taco truck location. There are multiple locations of Arturo’s trucks but this one is the most consistent at making their food always delicious! And i understand why. I mean look at that rotating al pastor in that flame. I ordered al pastor tacos and a carnitas mulita. The tacos were amazing (as expected) and you have to top your tacos with onions and cilantro yourself. My mulita was loaded with meat. I was really happy that I had such a fulfilling mulita. They give you two and I could only finish one. Which meant the other was served with breakfast. Some foods are even better the second day and this could’ve been one of them. It made the breakfast sooo much better!! There is lots of seating and they have lights for when it gets dark. They must do amazing business because they stay open until 2 AM!! Saw this truck on my way to autozone and knew where I was stopping for dinner 😋 my friend and I came around 10pm, they were busy! We got lucky with parking. We both had al pastor tacos and they were hooked up with meat and pineapple. Hot and seasoned well and super yummy 👍 the tortillas are handmade fresh and the salsa bar has all the toppings para que uno se los prepare a su gusto. Sometimes I think that people who cook and don't put love into what they make is because they are not going to eat it, this is the case with this place, I bought some asada and tripa tacos and they were very bad, tacos lacking flavor and love, the only good thing was the cucumbers with lemon that I prepared when I got home.
