I would steer clear from this place. If all goes well then maybe it's fine but it's clear that if there's an issue they are not prepared to take responsibility unless they're forced to. My wife took her car here for an oil change and check up. They told her that her battery was expired and needed replacing. Mind you, there was no issues with the battery. Fast forward two days and I'm driving across town to help her because her car is Dead, no lights or anything. I get there and it's immediately clear that this is A. the wrong sized battery and B. A used or reconditioned battery. The terminals are worn, dull and oxidized. They also made no efforts to clean or prep the cable connections. After I replace the battery with the correct size and resolve the issue I call them. I ask the first guy to connect me to a manager and he insists that first I tell him what my issue is. Then he proceeds to argue, insisting that I'm wrong, that they never install used batteries and they only install the correct OEM designated size. So yeah I lit him up and demanded the manager, so he hung up. I call back get a pleasant and helpful woman on the phone and she gets me the manager, no hassles. He proceeds to tell me that I need to return the car with the battery installed. AS IF. And that before they can do anything to resolve the issue they have to complete a full investigation. It's not Watergate. Just tell me not to sweat it and you'll sort it out. Don't tell me that you can't fix the problem unless you can determine I'm not a liar, what kind of hustle is that? What kind of game could I be getting at? In the very least the staff here need customer service training. Yeah I wasn't nice about it, but if I hadn't received push back the moment I got them on the line it never would have gone that far. A chargeback to my card is imminent.

Let me start by saying I have always been a fan of Valvoline and have recommended them to friends and family. I will never recommend them again. I went in Wednesday for a full-synthetic oil change. My power steering fluid has been low (I know nothing about cars, but my husband know a little, and he told me it sounded low). I asked Valvoline to top-off the power steering fluid, they said they could not because I had a "closed -system". I thanked them for checking and proceeded to get the oil change. The next morning I woke up to large oil spots all over our driveway. We own rather than rent, so as a homer the damage to the drive-way was upsetting, but I didn't blame Valvoline for it. I took my car back to Valvoline and asked them to check for a leak. They said there was not a leak, but my power-steering fluid was almost empty, and maybe I needed a new hose. I drove home. When I got home I told my husband what they said. He popped the hood and guess what...a place to fill-up power steering fluid. Right in the open...easy to see. We then called our mechanic he was shocked they would say that it is a "closed system". He was even angry on my behalf they let me just drive off like that without putting any fluid in or warning me about the extreme damage driving without fluid can cause (Again, I admittedly don't know anything about cars). Really frustrated and disappointed with their lack of knowledge. Additionally, it has been a full day now since I put power steering fluid in and my car has not leaked again...I now feel that the damage to the driveway is in fact oil from the oil, and thinking about it my car did not leak visible fluids prior to the change.

One bad experience trumps all prior visits. Dropped my car on a Sunday for oil change and inspection and was going to take an hour. I live down the street, therefore dropped the car and requested a call when finished. I should have known when the employee said, "just come back in an hour because I'll probably forget to call." I thought they closed at 6pm, like other days they're open. I didn't receive a call and so made a trip to the shop just before 6pm to find the shop closed and my car locked in the bay (see pic). They failed on multiple levels here: The person who accepted my car did not call when the job was completed. The manager or person who closed the shop did not call and make an attempt to return the vehicle to the owner prior to closing down the shop. When I picked up the car the next morning they hadn't placed a fresh (oil change) sticker in my window with timeline and mileage and they also did not reset the oil change indicator on my dash. HOW DO I KNOW FOR SURE THEY EVEN COMPLETED THE OIL CHANGE?? So many failures here in a single experience. The AM manager (a different employee) was apologetic for my experience, but a $15 discount just wasn't enough to show me I can trust this shop with my vehicle again. Disappointing.

I had the most unpleasant pleasure getting my oil changed with this business. The place I usually utilized was closed and I needed to change the oil in my wife's vehicle. They wanted to charge me $109.00 for an oil change, and the vehicle was a chevy equinox. Uses 5 gallons of oil,,,, I explained I have never had to pay such a crazy price for an oil change on this vehicle..... My diesel truck yes... i have paid upwards of $150... but $109.00 no way... they asked me what I normally pay and I told them, $48.00..... This place is a rip off... they did discount the oil change down to $56.05, but they informed me that my cap to the windshield tank was missing... Two weeks ago, I added fluid and it was there, thus I had snapped it on.... Honestly, I believe they tore it off and didn't own up to their mistake. The maintenance checks which they claim they performed stated they were checked... the following items were never checked tire pressure - Not Completed front nor rear tires Brake Fluid - Not completed Power steering Fluid - Not completed Windshield Washer Fluid - Not completed, I had added 1/2 gallon of fluid when I got home. Oil Service Indicator Reset - Not completed, I reset the oil service indicator. Serpentine Belt - Not completed, they never looked at it..

This place is nothing more than a rip off, and it was my first time there and it will be the last time there. The so called manager was Justin ( according to the report) and he acted like there was nothing wrong when I was upset with the total lack of service.

Unbelievable the quality of service... more along with MAJOR RIP OFF, AND LIE ABOUT WHAT...
