First, I popped into the store about 20 minutes before closing. I was expecting a "scratch and dent" store to have more scratched and dented appliances than unblemished ones. Not the case. The store was very clean, organized, brightly lit and full of nice, quality appliances, with little to no damage. I was greeted by Gabby and Roger who were friendly, professional and attentive.

I was looking for a specific product that they had online, however, it was not available at this location. Gaby shared that a delivery truck would be in the next day so I told them I'd check back. I didn't have to check back because their follow-up game was on point! Gaby called me the next day and shared that the appliance I wanted was on the truck. She even sent pictures! I went in shortly after, purchased the appliance for $250 less than the same one at Best Buy and Lowes. There was a charge for the delivery but it was comparable to the big box store and Roger delivered to my house and set it up the next day. The delivery was done on time, Roger was careful and attentive and the installment was smooth. I would give this store 10 stars if I could.I was truly dreading purchasing a new appliance and dealing with the salesman. There was none of that and there was no hard sale. Their customer service was excellent, the ease in buying was the best and fastest ever.

I recently stopped by Appliances House, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and quality of products they offer. The selection and quality of products at Appliances House exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that this establishment takes customer satisfaction seriously.

Gabbi, immediately caught my attention with her extensive product knowledge and friendly demeanor. She made navigating through the store a breeze, patiently answering all my questions and pointing out every detail, including any imperfections, which I truly appreciated. The exceptional service didn't stop there. O'Neil and his partner provided outstanding delivery service when my new fancy (almost perfect) fridge arrived. They were quick, efficient, and went above and beyond by providing a tutorial on the fridge's features. Their professionalism and attention to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire delivery process.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! This place has horrible communication with customers after purchase and I ended up returning my purchases because both the washer and dryer had issues after delivery. The day they delivered my new washer and dryer, I discovered the dryer would only turn on intermittently. They seems frustrated when I contacted them and said "it worked when we delivered it." The technician later confirmed it needed a new part in order to fix it. I then requested a new dryer be delivered. They had very poor communication with scheduling delivery time window. Texts and phone calls were not returned promptly causing much frustration and inconvenience. Communication amongst their team and with me in regards to deliveries was poor throughout my experience. When they delivered the new replacement dryer, I discovered the lint filter was dirty and had to call them again to express my frustration that they replaced the first broken dryer with a USED dryer. That same day, the washing machine started making a horribly loud noise mid cycle. I ended up returning both appliances to this place.
