Waste of time and money—go elsewhere. Stopped ordering from here awhile ago due to mistakes and lateness on EVERY SINGLE ORDER (delivery and take out) but thought, hey it’s been awhile so why not give them a second chance. I thought, hey I’ll order around 4pm on a Wednesday so surely they won’t be too busy to run late or make mistakes. I’ll add more time to my order pick up time so they’ll have plenty of time to complete the order before I get there. I’ll only order two pizzas so it won’t be too much of a burden. I’ll order a 2-topping pizza to keep it simple. MY MISTAKE. Showed up at the pickup time but no not ready yet. 5 more minutes. 5 minutes later I get the two pizzas & take them to my car. Something tells me to check them for order accuracy. Glad I did. My 2-topping pizza was missing one of the toppings. I mean come on, seriously? It’s a 2 topping pizza. When I walked up, the store was not busy. The employees were hanging out talking. There were not a lot of orders hanging on the order thing. It was just sloppy work. The kind you might expect from a low budget pizza place but not at Brooklyn Pie Co prices. At $60 for 2 pizzas on a Wednesday afternoon, they should’ve been done right and on time. ve had it! Every single time I order and walk in, I have to say 2-3 times to get ANY one to look up and acknowledge me. Look at the reviews, I'm not alone. Tonight was the last straw when I ordered my pizza on the phone as a medium with basil pesto sauce (an option they offer), portobello, and tomato. Was told they had no portobello left but had regular mushroom. Had to ask 4 times if they were fresh or pickled...each time the order taker got super snotty telling me they're "REGULAR BUTTON mushrooms" and I finally gave up and hoped they were fresh. She goes on to tell me super rudely "uh yes, I have NEVER worked somewhere that does pickle mushrooms" so I informed her that I have and had this experience in the area to which she goes "ok whatever, so you want...." Then got pissed off I didn't clarify I didn't want marinara after she asked....told her no, I want the pesto sauce as the sauce....3 times. Pick up my order and, as usual, nobody says anything until I go to pay. As I'm picking up my pizza they start trashing me in Spanish....which I understand. Vowed to never order there again and get home to a pizza with marinara sauce and no pesto with half the slices missing mushrooms. I'm sure it was...

Ordered here about 5 times because the pizza is pretty good. However, the customer service is terrible. When you walk in to pick up they never greet you, you are just left standing there until the 2nd of 3rd time you ask for help. We have still ordered from here but after this last experience that is it. When calling they were out of portebella and asked if we wanted normal (button) mushrooms, we had to ask 5 or so times if they were fresh and not pickled. The lady on the phone didn't understand and was rude telling us that she's never worked at a place that uses them. She also had to verify multiple times that we wanted the basil pesto sauce instead of marinara. We go in to get the pizza and of course got the same rude customer service. The pizza has marinara sauce and was definitely not the usual quality. While we were still in the store the associates started to talk about us in Spanish (thinking we didn't understand). No pizza is worth the hassle of dealing with...
