The management team at this location is absolutely horrible!! They refused to assist me with a simple issue I had because they did not add one item to my order.
I ordered dinner for my staff through the app, and I did not get a choice for delivery from them or DoorDash (I hate using DoorDash because they cannot ever deliver to the correct building at my work address). 10 minutes after my food was suppose to be delivered I called DoorDash support because I still had not received it. They determined it was delivered and started to contact their driver to figure out where. I called the other businesses at our address and found it was delivered to one of the hotels. I had to take my staff off register to go pick it up. DoorDash did correct it on their end and refunded my almost $100 order.
Upon opening the order (which was still sealed) we passed out food to everyone and discovered one of my managers did not receive her chicken sandwich (2nd day in a row this has happened to me). When we called the restaurant, the manager, Jake, told me I had to call DoorDash to get it corrected. I told him they or corrected their mistake (the miss delivery) but the order was not put together correctly by HIS team so all I wanted was a sandwich added to my account so my manager could go pick it up and have dinner. They said since DoorDash is a third party delivery service I would have to reschedule out to them and there was nothing they could do. I repeated to him that DoorDash fixed their mistake, that he would need to fix his team’s mistake of not packing my order correctly. He refused since it was delivered through a third party that he couldn’t do anything. I did get his name and the owner’s name and will contacting the owner, Gabe, Monday morning. Then the manager miguel(why is this guy manager?)gave me an entire refund and tried to take the food after shorting me what I paid for and at first tried to shove coupons in my face to fix it. Talked with Gabe and gave me a meal on him which I really appreciate. Gave it a second chance today mind you my girlfriend was with me again. Came inside to take a Togo order that way I can check my food. Ofcourse Miguel was working and tried giving me the wrong order... again. The dude seriously seems like he's high or something. Then Patrick, idk who he is to the company but he was eating with his family outside and their dog. As I'm leaving with my correct order finally, I see him pet this dog. I was seriously concerned when I saw him walk back into the kitchen and start touching things before washing his hands! I couldn't believe it. This dude shouldn't be serving anyone and is a serious liability! Idk how I can trust if his hands were clean when he was serving me. I trusted Gabe to get this dude on the right track but I guess chickfila will make anyone a manager. I appreciate Gabe, he understands where I'm coming from. The thing is it doesn't fix behavior. No way I'm coming here again! Gonna give it 6 months to a year before I trust this chickfila with my order. You could clearly tell the employees were annoyed with this miguel guy. Read moreI have no clue what has happened with this location since this past summer but the delivery option for this location has completely gone down hill. I have placed 2 orders with in this past month and both orders have been a complete disaster! The first order the driver got lost and took about 45 minutes when I live 5 minutes away.. but that time I at least got my cold food with no sorry from the delivery manager no way to make it right. I got more of the feeling of just be happy you got your food. Today was my 2nd oder that NEVER MADE IT TO ME! They delivered the food to the wrong apartment. After AN HOUR from me placing my order I called the location and get told it was already delivered but the driver didn't take a picture of the apartment number when he delivered the food. I called and get told well the food was delivered.. The manager apologized for the mistake offered to replace the order, I declined because I'm not going to wait another hour bringing the total time to 2 hours to wait for food. I was issued a refund and left hungry.. I don't know what has changed at this location but I have learned my lesson from ordering food for delivery... Really wish yall would get your stuff together so people can actually get their orders and get them in a timely manner.. it's sad how much this location has...
