I was at this location last week. I put in an order online to be picked up at 945 when I arrived the store was still closed. Finally somebody showed up to open the store. We were asked to wait outside while the guy opened the store which was fine. I totally understand. However the guy didn’t lock the door and my son kept trying to walk in. When the next employee arrived my son was in her way and when she said excuse me he didn’t immediately move out of her way. I was in the process of telling my child to let her through and she rudely rolled her eyes and said excuse me in very rude and annoyed tone and then bumped my child aside to get in the door. It was rude and unprofessional. I know it must have been annoying for her for my kid to be in her way, but that was not the way to handle it and I spoke up. When we went inside she was talking rudely to her coworkers about us complaining about how my son was”just standing there”. My child is on the Autism spectrum and and I definitely don’t expect people to know that, but he is just a child. At that point I felt I had to tell her that to defend his behavior, but it shouldn’t matter. He is a child and we are customers and she should have a little patience and professionalism. I definitely lost my cool with her, but who could blame me? Also, she didn’t make my smoothie correctly. She barely blended it and it was awful. She made it out of anger and purposely made it bad. I had to go to another location to have it remade. I now no longer feel comfortable going to this location as long as I know that she works there. I have since gone to the William Cannon and Bee Caves location and they have been wonderful. I also want to note that the other employees were just fine. No complaints on them. Just this one person. Her alone made my...
Read moreTo the guy who claimed he's the regional manager with the beard working on 8/21 at 2pm who said "if you're going to make all these changes, don't get a smoothie at all": Since working at a smoothie place is your life's ambition, you shouldn't complain when a customer pays premium dollar for dietary substitutions that are OFFERED as additions/substitutions on your menu. Not only did you complain about making the smoothie, you made it so terribly when my friend tried it he had to go back and have it remade. The protein powder was sitting at the bottom of the smoothie and not blended in at all.
When my friend went back to have the smoothie remade, the "regional manager" made the same comment to him and some more comments. My friend then asked a girl who normally makes our smoothies really well if she could make it and he proceeded to say "I'm the regional manager. If I can't make it well then no one else can" and proceeded to throw $10 at him.
This guy definitely seemed to be on a power trip. We've been coming here for months with the exact same order and this is the first time we've had this issue. If this is actually your regional manager, please provide him with a class in...
Read moreI went in and this young white dude somewhere between high school and early college age walks up with the energy of a zombie. No customer service. Felt like talking for him was like draining his almost empty life force. He also made my smoothie and I noticed he had a dirty finger nail. Not sure if that finger was injured but it didn't look injured. Just looked like he was digging soil. I didn't notice his other fingers but if that one was dirty I can imagine both his hands in general.
Also, they were playing explicit rap. Uncensored. There was a mother and her kid under the age of 6 at the store.
Whoever the manager is needs to step in and review this staff and how this location is run. Don't know if this is a franchise location or if this is a corporate location but the owner or someone from corporate needs to look at their cameras and be on location. Maybe even have a secret shopper.
I think part of the issue is entitled kids these days that can't be bothered but it's also very much on the owner for hiring those kids and not...
