Read my order. Repeated several things several times because she kept getting it wrong. She then asked does your order look right I said what I see is right but it doesn't show everything then I asked for the 4th time you have no sour cream or tomato on the nachos and she oh no I didn't get that. Then she read back my order so fast that I only caught key words. Got to the window and asked you got no onions on my burrito supreme right and she said I don't have a burrito supreme and I said it was part of my order. She then said I asked you if the order was correct and you said yes then I told her I also said your screen didn't show my whole order. I paid for my taco supreme just to get my bag and receipt and she missed 3 other items I ordered and my nachos had both sour cream and tomatoes on it. Then I saw my receipt and she missed me saying 2 chicken quesadillas and 1 nacho fries even though as I said the item she repeated it back to me.
Worse experience ever because with the window open she told another employee they had to take over the drive thru as if she didn't want to deal with it. Then when I told him about my missing items and he tried to tell her she missed them so yelled at him and told him just tell me what you need. Then I heard her say, she didn't pay for these items when he told her yes she did she paid when she told me you missed them and they weren't on her receipt.
Got home and the quesadillas were just thrown together with no thought. They did even fold the tortillas over and I could see through the window she was the one making them.
Not sure how her mess up...
Read moreI have never had worse service in my life. I ordered on the app. I get there and they give me an order with my name in it but it says doordash and it is completely wrong. I come back and show the order number to the kid at the window. He says “whats that?” In reference to the order #. He says there is no order number that he can look up. They tell me to wait in front parking lot. 10 minutes later the same kid brings me a remade version of the same wrong order. Again I show him the order #. He starts reading the order off my phone trying to memorize it, talking over and completely ignoring my requests for the manager. He goes in presumably to make my order. I see 3 other customers bringing their orders back for being wrong. I call and get voicemail. I call again and get the manager. He says “it was a name mix up, they are kids, its a new system”. I wait a half hour in the car. I go inside and speak to the manager. He doesn’t recognize my name and doesn’t know who I am. I show him the order number and he does look it up on the computer. Why couldn’t the first kid do that? A name mix up doesn’t explain the 3 other wrong orders and rhe woman in front of me getting a refund. Manager says he can just give me a refund or make the order. I ask for the order. 10 minutes later I finally receive it. It is mostly right, but they added cheese and sour creme and left off the guacamole (I do not eat dairy) and included 3 extra items we did not order.
Why is it like pulling teeth to order from this...
Read moreTo be fair this was my first time at this location. One if the best things about making a run for the border is that the food is hot and fast. Neither of those rang true today. 28 minutes to get our food and it wasn't piping hot. It looked like a circus had been through the kitchen. I'm all for single use gloves but still expect that the crew to pretend they're washing hands. What I could see was an under trained crew and poor management. Shift leaders built an effective line for the drive thru and supported the person taking orders on the headset like she was in a warzone! The three of them obviously have been together for sometime. For those of us that came inside we had a different experience in this battlefield. The one staffer that was manning the register looked like she had run a marathon, in acid rain. I felt like I should call the red cross. A big fellow ran around the place from time to time looking shell shocked and finally just left. Still no food yet. Then a lady that seemed to have a broken finger and a leg injury came in as a fresh face and started issuing refunds and excuses. I've refilled my drink three times and now don't feel hungry, just truly appreciate that I don't work here. They have to be close right 😭? Finally my name is called, the manager doesn't make eye contact nor does he wait for any comments I want to make. I'm sure this won't help, I can tell they don't care, but I felt like I was part of a twilight...
