Burger King — Restaurant in Austin

This was the worst place I've been to in a long time. I dont even like Burger King but it was the only place close that was open and my daughter in law needed to eat something.

The entire restaurant was filthy. Trash on the floor. Trash on tables. Trash cans overflowing. Drink station had spills all over. No unsweet tea and the sweet was highly questionable. The bathroom...omg...paper towels and toilet paper all over. The diaper changing station had...something...all over it and of course none of the sanitary liner thingies. Floor had puddles of what I hope was water. Sanitizer dispenser was empty. Soap dispenser was broken. No paper towels in the dispenser.

Went to order and I think k the girl at counter said 3 words other than repeating the order back. She turned around to grab my cup and stuck her fingers in the inside of the cup because they were loaded wrong in the cup dispenser. (Cup opening facing the ceiling instead of the bottom of the cup) When I told her I wanted a new cup that she hadn't stuck her hand in, she got a little butt hurt. Turned around, grabbed a stack of abt 10 cups, and thinking I couldn't see her, stuck the cup she had just handed me on the bottom, then turned around pulling that cup off the bottom and handing it to me.

The manager on duty was awful. Very negative and berating her crew. She walked out to the drink station, saw a big puddle on the floor, yelled WHO MADE THIS MESS then put a caution cone over it and walked off. She was constantly yelling at her people loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear.

I will never ever set foot in THAT BK again. Hopefully my D-in-law and I dont get sick. I can only imagine what the kitchen...

I've been to this location 3 times since it's been open and each time they've messed up my order. The first time they didn't add cheese to my Whopper but I didn't complain. The second time I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon they gave me the regular crispy chicken sandwich again I didn't complain. The third time happened today and I went inside because the drive thru was closed which I didn't mind I figured this way they can't mess up my order... Well I was wrong, I ordered 2 for 6 Whoppers with cheese one with no onions (for my husband) and mine no pickles or tomatoes... When I got the order I should've checked it there but my husband was rushing to get home, we both been at work all day, so when we finally get home 15 mins later I bite my sandwich and there was freaking pickles! I took them off but I was upset cause this was the third time so I actually called and of course they ask if I had my receipt I said no the cashier didn't give it to me, but i knew the order number I could hear someone in the background repeating my order and said they made it right but they didn't Im not going to lie about no dang pickles, I asked If I could come back tomorrow when I'm on that side of town. they said yes so hopefully when I go there's no issue....I took a picture for proof. Newly rebuilt location!

Stopped here for breakfast and ordered a couple Ham Croissant breakfast sandwiches along with Hash browns, coffee and orange juice.

The place was clean, I will give them that and the young lady who took our order was pleasant enough, not over the top but not bad customer service either.

The Soda area where the ketchup was however, was filthy. The ketchup dispenser was about empty and only squirting out this thin watery foul smelling stuff I don't think I could actually define as ketchup.

But wow! That food was gross. Both sandwiches were cold, not like sitting out cold which is neither better or worse - but not heated up cold. You can tell they definitely microwave their food cause it was not warmed up and reminded me of those croissant breakfast sandwiches from the grocery freezer aisle.

When they are not warmed up the flavor is not good at all. The Hash browns were also cold, not even cooked all the way.

The coffee was fresh and hot though which was good and the juice was good, but it came prepackaged so it would be difficult to mess this up.

We will not be going back and spending our money...
