Man, I hate to leave a negative review but this was EASILY one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I'd give it a one but no one reads 1 star reviews and the staff were mostly kind people.
Tldr: top notch food. Loud and packed in like sardines, manager went out of they're way to rearrange tables to make us infinitely more crowded and unable to freely leave.
Valentine's day: Reservation: 6:30PM We show up at 6 thinking it will be busy but expect a wait, after all we're early. Check in and get told not to worry they'll get us a table once one opens even though we're early. We wait... And wait... See lots of folks called back but figure hey others have reservations too might be others had same idea. Finally decided to see how many others were ahead of us and instantly get seated... They forgot to check us in. No worries it happens.
Now look at the Google photos. Imagine that packed with like 50 more tables. Our waiter, nice guy but can not hear a word he's saying. It's so unbearably loud. Like you are on 6th Street at a bar kinda loud, Like I can not hear my wife across from me or waiter loud because of how many people they have packed into this room. From this point on, it is almost impossible to get the waiter. Again not his fault, he's handling like a thousand people. Whatever it's a Brazilian steak house you don't need much interaction, just flip your card for meats. Sidenote, those folks were on it and fast.
Food though A+!! Salad bar area is so so compared to other Brazilian restaurants but that's fine, we're here for the meat and it is excellent !!!! Things are turning around.
Suddenly the manager (I assume) rearranges a table in an already packed room to sit four people in a direct catacorner to us where the tables are touching. The woman behind is literally elbow to elbow with me. Again this is no exaggeration she is elbow to elbow with me making it impossible to either of us to leave our tables without asking the other to slightly move. On freaking valentine's day haha.
We ended up calling it super fast because as much as I enjoy meeting new friends... Aka strangers it was too much. Again, I love crowds, I love the excitement, I love events.... but It's freaking Valentine's day at a restaurant and even I'm feeling claustrophobic.
Plus side another waiter saw we were kinda getting annoyed, gave us extra dessert and comped our daughter, super super nice guy...but damn. Why would you not only overbook so hard.... But then rearrange tables to make it so neither I nor the woman from the four top can get out. It's not like we were at a family style BBQ place where you sit at picnic table in any open spot and get to know strangers as you eat. It's a 150$+ restaurant on freaking Valentine's Day.
Things is... We've gone to other Brazilian Steakhouses.... ON VALENTINE'S DAY and never experienced suck a shit show.
This place likely kicks ass during the week. During the weekend.... Whenever... But I'd NEVER under any circumstances recommend this for any...
Read moreI had the pleasure of dining at one of the finest Brazilian steakhouses I’ve ever set foot in, and it deserves every bit of praise I can give.
I could’ve spent the whole night at the salad bar, the selection was beyond impressive: fresh, vibrant, carefully chosen ingredients that looked as beautiful as they tasted. Every leaf of lettuce, every slice of tomato, every perfectly cut piece of cheese and charcuterie felt like it was there with purpose, elevating the start of the experience into something more than just “salad.” It was a true celebration of freshness.
Then came the centerpiece of the evening—the parade of meats. Perfectly cooked, juicy cuts carved tableside, each bite better than the last. The authentic Brazilian rodizio style made it feel like an endless feast, and every plate that came by carried its own story of flavor. It wasn’t just food; it was an experience being woven together bite by bite.
But what truly stood out—and what will stay with me long after this meal—was the liquor cart. This wasn’t just a bar on wheels. It was an experience crafted with care and knowledge. We were guided through a selection of bourbons that read like a dream list for enthusiasts: notes of caramel, smoke, and vanilla danced through the air as each bottle was opened. The Eagle Rare 20-year was the undeniable star, smooth and complex in a way that can only be described as liquid luxury. Every sip was a reminder that sometimes, life hands you a moment worth savoring slowly.
What made it even more remarkable were the people who guided us through it. Uriel and Carlos —they were educators, storytellers, and true connoisseurs of their craft. They didn’t just pour drinks; they shared history, tasting notes, and personal insights that made the entire experience so much richer. And it wasn’t just them—every single person we encountered, from Yadira to Kevin to Josue, embodied warmth, courtesy, and genuine joy in their roles. They were kind, engaging, and fun to talk to, making us feel not like customers, but like welcome guests at their own table.
And just when I thought the night couldn’t get better, the bread pudding arrived. Pillowy soft, rich with flavor, and draped in a sauce that made every bite melt into the next—it was the perfect ending to an already unforgettable evening. Sweet, comforting, and decadent, it wrapped up the entire experience in the most satisfying way possible.
It’s rare to find a restaurant that nails every single detail, from food to atmosphere to service. This one did it with ease. Between the fresh and abundant salad bar, the endless procession of perfectly prepared meats, the unforgettable bourbon cart, the incredible staff—Yadira, Carlos, Uriel, Kevin, and Josue—and yes, that heavenly bread pudding, this was far more than dinner. It was a night of flavors, stories, and hospitality I won’t soon forget.
Five stars doesn’t even begin...
Read moreI'm very surprised by how different my experience was compared to other reviewers. The food was good, but the service was terrible and the price isn't worth the stress we had while eating here. From the beginning, there were issues. We were sat down and the waitress places down the menu and then immediately takes it away and only offers us water or lemonade to drink. We say water and then she leaves and essentially disappears for the remainder of the night. We had to flag her down every time we needed her. Servers do not look at whether your button says you want to get meat or that you want to stop, they just come and repeatedly ask. This wouldn't be as annoying if the servers came periodically or had some type of pacing. Instead they just swarmed the table all the time and overwhelmed us to the point where we could barely have conversation. It got to the point where we just wanted to end our meal as soon as possible. I have been to other Brazilian steakhouses that have a similar setup and never felt so rushed and overwhelmed as I did here. Please train your employees to look at the buttons on the tables before asking if we want more meat. I thought that was the intention to begin with? Finally (and there is some fault with us on this point as well), my friend was late to arrive to our reservation. I understand that this is annoying. However what I don't expect is their plates and silverware to be taken away after we explain the situation and then when they arrive literally THROW a napkin and silverware back on the table at them?! It wasn't necessary. I won't be...
